I shouldn’t feel like im gambling when coming to get something to eat. I get the same 1 of 2 things everytime.. super simple. Its never the same . The over $10 bowl is got tonight was half of the bowl…. the man who made it could have had better manners as well but thats whatever. I use to recommend this izzos to everyone.. but if they dont get better ill stop that and tell them go somewhere else.

The food was absolutely incredible, it was sort of like chipotle but with many more options and better food. It’s not a fast food restaurant but we were served very quickly. it wasn’t very expensive at all, about eight to ten dollars a piece unless you were getting something huge.

I’ve only had one “so so” experience but it’s usually pretty good. Today I had my second not so good experience. Today I ordered my usual bowl and it tasted great but then about half way through my meal I bit down on something really hard and felt a sharp pain in my tooth. I thought maybe it some sort of meat bone but no, instead I pull out what looks like a small metal hook. I’m just glad I didn’t swallow it!

I come in here often for Doordash. The staff are rude and not helpful at all. Sometimes, i stand at the reguster for 5-10min without even being greeted. There’s a bunch of kids working behind the glass and they’re clearing back there just hanging out and not being helpful. I’ve eaten here one time and NEVER again. The flood is absolutely bland and the tables are NASTY! There’s always food either on the table top or under the tables on the floor. Just do better Izzo’s.

This has been my 3rd time ordering DoorDash from izzos and after the first time it happened I decided to start calling in ahead of time for my order to make sure they did things a certain way. But I called and specifically requested that my queso is put on the side so that my chips don’t get soggy when being delivered to me. Simple right? Well I spoke with someone on the phone on Feb 4th at 6:09pm and they told me the cheese would be put on the side, and as I expected I received my doordash with soggy chips!! I don’t know why it’s such an issue to get queso on the side for nacho to go orders you would think it’s common sense!!! But what got me was speaking with a team member or manager whoever and them ensuring me that my cheese would be on the side. (Even put me on hold to let the server know) because DoorDash doesn’t allow the edit feature so I went out my way to ensure a simple request so that my food came to me how I preferred because I’m using MY money and again I was let down by Izzos…this place has poor service and poor workers that need to have at least some type of training on packaging to go orders because it’s very sloppy!!!

The guy making the food today was great with presentation, he took his time and wasn’t just throwing the food together in a hurry. He has a good attitude and made sure we got everything we wanted.
The chips were super salty this time ( I like salty so it was a problem for me).
Drink stand could use a wash/ wipe down, but other than that, it was a great trip to Izzo’s!

Everytime I come here there outta sour cream and it’s this manager name Wanda who piles guac and sour cream on her bowls. I also seen her eat meat out of the pans as she fixing her food which is pretty disgusting I’ve also witnessed her eating out someone’s tailgate. I think all of this is pretty unsanitary and disgusting I would not recommend eating in Izzos illegal burrito very unprofessional.

This was my first time in there and the atmosphere was lovely. I had an issue with my salsa and they immediately remediated the issue. The staff was very kind and friendly. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be back in there soon.

walked in at 8:29pm and they close at 9. we walked to the bar area and one there’s 3 employees up there one is making there own burrito and watches us stand there waiting. the other two employees also saw us and were just standing there and playing on there phone didn’t even acknowledge us. one of the ladies look at the other on and said “help them people” and the employee responded with “man we about to close” and rolled her eyes and walked to the bar area. at the point i just said never mind it’s okay and walked out because no one wanted to help us and they did not care to even hide the fact they didn’t either. this is the second time that i’ve been there recently and they acted this way. the customer service just gets worse and worse

They don’t seem to want to acknowledge people that are picking up delivery orders. I made eye contact with someone while I was waiting and wasn’t acknowledged, and yet when someone came up behind me that person was acknowledged. And the order I was waiting for was already done and sitting there.
