A relative was visiting from out of town and went to Pick up the pizza but was questioned and treated very rudely by the manager with the use of heavily lace profanity. It was a very terrible experience, the worse service. I actually heard her using inappropriate language and heard her hollering

Had pizza delivered like this!! Not cool. They hire door dash now from what I found out. For now on if I order again from this papa johns, it’s just better to pick up my self. Seems no one cares about quality or customer service nowadays!!!

We ordered large pepperoni garlic epic stuffed crust on 4/25/25 for delivery before noon. It was delivered and literally soaked with grease like no pizza ever before. Threw 3/4 of it in the garbage as it was inedible. Ordered breadsticks also. Were greasy but edible. Been ordering for years from this location and never had this issue before. Gonna be a while before we risk ordering from here again. Can’t even conceive how a pizza could be this soaked with grease.

We really enjoy Papa Johns. The food tastes better than the majority of other chain pizza restaurants. They usually have good deals so that you can get more bang for your buck, plus you get rewards. Who doesn’t love that? The downside is that sometimes the pizzas appear to be cut in a hurry and slammed into the box. I always order extra sauce on my pizzas, and there is usually not much on them, even after adding it to be extra.

I accidentally ordered pick up when I thought I was having it delivered. I called and Stephen said it was no problem and they would go ahead and deliver it to me as it was done. I’m in a boot from surgery on my foot and cannot drive. I don’t even tell him that until after he was having it delivered. Stephen is one great employee for sure!!!!!!

I would give no stars if I could..I ordered 4 pizza’s to be delivered and was told 45 minutes. The driver tried to call me twice and my phone never rang and then texted me that I have the wrong address, which I told the guy one the phone 3x what my address was. So after another 45 minutes I call them and explain what happened. I was put on hold to talk to a manager and when that person picked up they hung up on me. I tried to call back only to keep being put on hold. They refused to answer my calls. I ended up having to order from a different restaurant. I should also mention I called back from several different phone numbers.

Decent pizza for a chain, scratches that familiar itch if that’s what you’re looking for. Have always gotten the correct order, but sometimes the pizza seems a bit under-cooked. I’d recommend getting them well-done. The staff are helpful but seem generally disconnected.
