ordered last night on ubereats 2/17 around 6 pm for a combo deal for 2. it comes with 20 pc boneless wings & 1 large fry. it even says on the ticket, yet they forgot my large fry. i only received 20 pc boneless wings and from the photos attached below you can see on the ticket that they aren’t fries.

Walked in at 11:40 was looked at by both kitchen workers one man in the back said we are closed as the female walked up and told me if I could wait 5 min for the other worker to get off his break to take my order. After the wait the man finished his break and told them shame on you why did you not take his order and make him wait all that time. The 2 in the back said they were busy. Not sure if only 1 person can be on the register at a time but that was very unprofessional.

Food was below average compared to different locations, the wings were not cook well and over cooked with less sauce. Disappointing, was really wanting to like the food here. The sodas machine does not have good carbonation. The bathroom was dirty and no paper towels and this place does not accept cash over $20 dollar. Parking is easy and free at least.

The quality of the food was mid and my order was completely wrong. Chicken flavor was wrong and the fries looked like burnt scraps. Absolutely little to no seasoning. Only thing that was right was the amount of ranch. Very disappointed.

I recently visited this Wingstop in walnut ca and the experience was the worst. First the girl in the front taking orders is extremely rude when I walked in and told her I needed a min to order she walked away and started laughing at me with her other coworkers. Second when I told her I was ready to order she rolled her eyes at me and was giving me attitude while she was taking my order . Third I waited more then 45 mins for my order and I only order 6 piece combo . When my order was ready I asked her if I can get a side of seasoning for the fries I told her I would pay she then walked away and came back with it and threw it on the counter .

I had a frustrating experience with Wingstop’s customer service. I ordered a large ranch (listed clearly on the app and menu for about $8), but instead was given six regular ranch cups — which are not equivalent in size or value.
When I brought it up, the staff claimed they “don’t carry” the large ranch, even though it’s still offered on their own app and menu. That’s misleading and unacceptable.
To make it worse, there was no effort to accommodate or resolve the issue. I essentially paid more and got less, with no accountability. Poor service like this makes it hard to trust the brand again.

We ordered takeout four weeks ago and the quality of our wings and chicken sandwich fell way below fast food standards, but worse than the food was the lack of customer service from the employee that represents management. Keep in mind that corporate Wingstop as well accepts no responsibility in the lack of customer service when an individual restaurant fails. I have photos as proof of our over seasoned wings sitting in less than one half inch of oil and a chicken sandwich sopping in sauce. The food was thrown out. According to the manager, I believe after asking him no less than five times for his name was something like Julem. He stated because the food was not returned immediately that he would not compensate me at any level. I do not return food immediately because the persons that created the order would be the ones making a reorder. Also, it was late on a Saturday night and I was not going to drive once more to the restaurant. All I wanted was maybe an apology at the very least or perhaps a 10% discount on my next order. Instead the manager had no interest in taking responsibility and corporate sends him another email to follow up with me of course he never did. Extremely disappointing. I will continue to share my bad experience with my friends and family and will discourage them from patronizing this particular Walnut Wing Stop location if they are craving wings and have the desire to eat at this overpriced business lacking in customer care.
