Ordered large meat pizza. I should have known better because of previous orders of same pizza. It’s way too greasy. Puddles of grease on the top of pizza and in the box! The meat and vegetable pizza is not like this! Will not order again. Will drive the extra 15 miles to different pizza place.

I can’t not leave a review! This was my favorite Dominoes, they had some bumps this year, but looks like they are back on track to how they were when they first opened! We ordered and less than 15-20 minutes our order was at the door. Hot, personalized as we asked, and made to perfect perfection. My kids can’t stop talking about how good, quick, and perfect it was. I realized I was going to do a review when there were only two slices left. It was a 20/10! Do recommend!

Roomate and I ordered two pizzas and some garlic parm bites. One pizza was great and the bites were great. The other pizza was completely wrong and we were delivered the wrong pizza. Tried to call. Roommate was told to wait while they figured it out he waited 10 minutes and someone else responded and said he’d look into it. Then he hung up. Roomate called again and was hung up on in two minutes. I called and waited 10 minutes with no answer. It’s been so consistent that this location has had issues. When it’s right it’s Great and on point but when they fail they crash and burn. Me and my roommates have had multiple issues with this location. Someone needs to fix it.

Travis is a great player in this companies goal to being the best. He provided excellent customer service when I had an issue. It was a very easy conversation and I felt 100% satisfied with the results. I highly suggest ordering through this Dominos on 231 and if you have any issues, don’t worry.

We loved this dominos in the beginning, but the last two times we have ordered from there we never get the pizza and then dealing with the people who answered the phone is a nightmare. Ricky was not very helpful after explaining to him the app said the food was delivered but it wasn’t he simply said well we are busy, told him that’s fine just cancel we will go to hungry howies he said “ok”.

I’ve ordered here 4 times. Out of those 4 times 3 of them have been horrible. Over cooked pizzas pushing burnt, pizzas actually burnt, and pizzas with bubbles all over that would call for a remake. The wait times too. Even on a non busy night it takes 40 minutes just for it to hit the oven. The order previous to the one I just received took 2 hours to get here. The one I just got tonight I ordered at 7pm, drove to the store and waited in the parking lot for an hour before getting it at the window at 8:03. I like dominos but this branch is not living up to the expectation.

normally, I order pizza from here with no issues. The facility is always clean but this time I ordered two pizzas on the app. It said 40 minutes. I drove there after the 40 minutes in the app said my pizza was ready. I pulled up to the window and they had not even started my order and told me it would be an additional 40 minutes I asked to have the pizza delivered instead they said not an issue. It was their fault for messing up the order.. an hour later I called to check on the pizza and delivery driver. They said it was still sitting there and it would be five dollars to have them deliver it…. so an hour and a half and I ended up with no pizza.

These guys are great. Our pizzas always arrive hot and with care. Drivers are always friendly and the pizzas are always perfect. We are weekly customers and return for a reason. Thanks and keep up the great work!!!

Normally this place is great but my wife and kids just got back and my son told me that the guy at the window made a remark that sounded sarcastic. Normally I leave the review meleeing to my wife but after she sat in the line at the window over 15 mins and the cars in front of her drove off, she called the store to let them know she was out there. The guy said thank you for patiently waiting like a dig. I want to point out several things that won’t fit here but the bell for the window has been conveniently missing for a month allowing them to “notice” you at their leisure unless you knock on the window or call them. Your employees should be cognizant of the fact that people with injuries or are disabled cannot easily walk in and the window is their best option.

Domino’s has a 5-mile limit. I’m a disabled veteran and I live 5 1/2 Mi away and they won’t deliver my wife and I we get pizza from Hungry Howie’s which is a mile further down the road they deliver. Just had Marco’s Pizza deliver pizza to my house from Lindsay Crossing
