I haven’t been to this subway in maybe 10 years. I’ve read many reviews from local Facebook groups that talk of disgust and poor quality about this subway. I have been once 2 days ago and was extremely impressed! The sandwich quality was great, ingredients including the meat and cheese were bountiful. The sandwiches looked overstuffed and not the normal small wimpy sandwich I once was accustomed to.
We decided to go back today for a second attempt and it still impressed. I snapped a picture while it was being made and it was only half dressed and still so full.
The only downside was the app didn’t allow to choose from all the bread options so it was limited. But I don’t see this being the restaurants fault.

This subway is my daughter and I’s favorite subway to go to! The food is always really fresh. The place is clean and the people who work there are always so nice. I literally do not go to Subway if it’s not this one in the front of Diamondhead.

Thank goodness new management, I now enjoy coming here. Especially with the daily specials they have. The new management are very friendly nice! Hopefully they stick around for a while thank you very much for a good time and a good food! Don’t forget you can order online and build up some points that can earn you some subway bucks!! Also when you order online, you can just run in and get your food. Don’t have to worry about the long line or people with multiple orders.

I walked in an no one was behind the counter. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands. It appears nothing gets cleaned. Not the bathroom, the external door glass, the glass on the bread ovens. After I came back out, still took 30 seconds at least until

Extremely slow service. Things weren’t prepped and ready to go. I placed an online order for a wrap and after getting there to pick it up I’m told they don’t have wraps. Poor selection on available toppings, the lettuce they did have was brown.
