I had the worst experience with this location today. I placed a catering order for my daughter’s 3rd Birthday party 3 days before the event. I selected the delivery option which had a minimum of $129 even though the party was inside the mall at Billy Beez right down the hall from the food court. I had a party room reserved for 2 hours and the “lunch” part of the party was the last hour of the party. My order was to be delivered by 10:45 am, but did not arrive until 12:15pm and by now it was time to clean up the room for an end time of 12:30. I called Chick fil a and was told they had a new catering system and overlooked my order. I walked down to the food court and stood in the mobile order/catering line and nobody even greeted me. Everyone tried to avoid me because they knew I was very upset. I asked to see the manager and she wouldnt even come up to speak to me. She kept telling the cashiers what to tell me and it was alot of back and forth. The kitchen staff was peeking from the cook line and laughing because I had began to cry. I was explaining to one of the young cashiers at the front that I can’t believe I paid all that money for a Birthday party for my baby and her friends and my guests were unable to eat. I spent 25 minutes alone at Chick fila which took time away from me spending time with my guests and sending them on their way. Now I’m stuck with a platter of 75 tenders that are going to go to waste because me and baby aren’t going to be able to eat it.

Eat at your own risk, let them know day of but they offered me another sandwich but at that point I was grossed out. I tried to call them to figure things out and let them know and never received a call back after I was told someone would contact me. Super sad I thought chikfila was better then that. I guess not.

The whole food is weird the salad of the lettuce is old and smells. All the French fries are broken ,oily,taste bad, and looks old, and the deluxe sandwich the lettuce and tomato taste old and weird. The only good thing was the drinks. We spent $71.80 it’s not worth 10 dollars

Food was not fresh. The grilled chicken sandwich was definitely colder than room temperature and the fries tasted like they had been sitting under the warmer way too long. I have never waited in a line at the drive-thru and I had to wait about 15. The employees were not very friendly either.

Extremely slow service. I waited 30mins and the fries were hot but hard. Nuggets and sandwich tasted like grease. The only restaurant with a ton of ppl waiting for orders. There were ppl there 15mins before me getting their meals right before me. Waiting 45mins is outrageous. Please get it together to better serve your customers in a timely manner.

Shut it down. There’s a Chick-fil-A outside the mall that actually knows what they’re doing—go there instead. This location? Slow as molasses. The fries were overcooked and dark like they forgot them in the fryer during a staff meeting, and the chicken was so overcooked it crunched like chips.
I came for the usual Chick-fil-A magic and left with regrets and burnt fries. Do better.

It took 20 years, but I finally visited a bad Chick-fil-a. I thought my visit was an anomaly, but I can see from other reviews this location is just not up to par. It took 25 minutes to get my food. It appeared they were making 1 sandwich every few minutes even though it was already 11:30. How do they not have food ready? One person working the register with 18 people in line – another person came out to bag orders 15 minutes or so later. Not sure what the story is here, but I’m amazed Chick-fil-a hasn’t fixed it or shut it down. Really weird experience – but that sort of suits this mall…

I was told my order would be ready in 4-7 minutes but it took 18 minutes. I ordered the family meal with 30 nuggets and 4 packages of fries and some sweets but the nuggets were dark and greasy from black oil – obviously the oil has been used over and over. I ate at tens of Chick-fil-a-s in the past 25 years but this experience was by far my worst.

Today I bought from Chick-fil-A branch in Georgia Mall. It was a bad experience. All the fries were oily, the salad was old lettuce leaves, and I found a hair inside the fries box. The fries were broken, as if they were the end of the quantity. I spent 71:80 for nothing.
