I usually eat at this Subway once or twice a week. I order online and pick up. Today I went in there and my food was not ready when promised. (No BIG DEAL they were busy!) As I watched the new girl make my Tuna sandwich I noticed that she was only putting a half scoop each time. It was so thin that it was not even covering the bread. I asked and she added another half scoop and spread it again. Again not even covering bread. She was new and frazzled so I let it go. I waited till the manager grabbed my sandwich whispered to her as to not embarrass the new girl. Again told her that she was not using the whole scoop the tuna was dry and asked for her to put more on. She removed the cheese and said that’s plenty.. I can charge you for more if you’d like.. I said No Thank you. The manager is normally very nice and friendly. Definitely not a Customer service win today. I never complain. I will not be back. Take my orders to another location. I am normally not a bad review person. But I could not believe that I payed $13.00 for this. Tonya R.

When your order is not made correctly, even if you are not able to come back, they do nothing to compensate you. When you pay extra to add things, they do not pay attention to that and you have to drive all the way back to make it right. Will not order from this subway again.

Ordered 90 box lunches for a function and had the most amazing service! Tara, the manager, and all other employess I interacted with were friendly and super helpful. When I arrived to pick up the order, 2 employees were waiting with several high quality, sturdy, nicely packed reusable bags. They loaded everything into the car for me and had the reciept ready to go. Absolutely no waiting at all! It was a very positive experience!

Every time we visit this location in the afternoon 3pm-onwards the staff is friendly and helpful. We are promptly greeted with swift and accurate service. Today, the ladies were especially on point! The price per sandwich for options is fair and something you can expect every subway you visit.

wanted some solid sandwiches for guys moving my furniture and I was faced with ‘robots’ wanting number of sandwich, the automatic spiel they were probably told to do but some friendliness would have been appreciated and with the 15% tip – yep only 15% or wow 15% for the type of service rendered – I was expecting more. Close to 90$ spent and felt let down but then hey they were probably not told to care…about business!! Will not go back to that location!!

I met rude lady right now. I never met someone like her. My daughter ask to pee she refused to give the key says the bathroom was closed 10 munite ago. I thought when client is in the bathroom is supposed to be open.
