I went on a Fri and I was quite surprised how empty they were. I Sat at the bar. My friend told me how good their lamb chops were. They have specials throughout the week. According to their website lamb chops are $6 but I was charged $7 each. You have to get a min off 2. Also, there was no DJ as it was suppose to be reggae night. I had their lamb chops and jerk wings, also on special on Fri. You do have to get a min of 10. I will say the food did not disappoint! Jay was my hostess and her personality was great! I definitely will be back but please update your website to reflect any changes in prices etc.

I have been excited to visit this place and my granddaughters took me here for my birthday yesterday only to be disappointed with the service as the entire staff was focused on a party that was going on that they had limited time for my party of 4. They should have hired more people to accommodate the party and be able to properly serve their other customers. I asked questions to my server that never got answered. When asking for take out containers we were brought out bowls with kids that didn’t fit several times and the lady who helped when I told her my complaint said my party was started fine which was not good to say to a customer. I only wish it was better service as it was my birthday

The staff was very friendly and professional and the atmosphere was a great vibe. Definitely one to let loose and relax with no judgement. I went on karaoke Saturday and had a blast. I do not live near by, but will be back when I’m in town and need to let my hair down. The owner Ms. Kesha came by and introduce herself and has a great personality, very open and inviting.

We reserved a room for my brothers 60th birthday. W arrived at 5 pm, I ordered my food approximately 5:30pm at 8pm I cancelled my order. We had to ask for the manager. For a party of 40 people we had one server. Worst service I ever had.
My husband’s food came which was chicken fried, and greens. The food was good a bit salty but good. I will never come here again.

Several concerns with this Black owned restaurant. Upon arrival, the atmosphere was appealing but I overheard conversation between a waitress and the “now known Chief” about her attitude. While sipping my Lemon Drop at the bar, Jay/Jae who we have learned was the shift manager, was rude and dismissive. After ordering our food, we were informed that the restaurant did not have the ordered dishes (lamb chops, oxtail, crabs, and others). We chose to dine elsewhere and waited outside. While outside, the same Jay/Jar informed us that we could not sit on the chairs that were posted outside. We were asked to sit in the back. While waiting for our uber, the kitchen cook attempted to accommodate our party of six nurses without knowledge of our profession. Mike went indoors to speak with the leadership of the restaurant to no avail. We were then asked if we wanted to sit inside and eat what they had, we informed them that we did not and awaited our uber. We were then dismissed and discarded.
Within 10 mins, our Uber driver arrived and showed us the most kindness. Very grateful for his kindness during a horrible experience.
I would not recommend this restaurant to any want wanting or seeking a chill experience and vibe. This will only cause strife and frustration. Please get your meals from a professional and reputable establishment.

Do Not and I repeat do not patronize this establishment unless you are looking forward to terrible service and leaving hungrier than you came. After arriving to an empty establishment and placing an order for a ceaser salad and Italian beef egg rolls and waiting over an hour I received neither. They came out an hour later and said they have no ceaser dressing and asked would I like another dressing I said French and about 15 minutes later they brought me out dressing but no salad, after asking what I was supposed to do with dressing with no salad the young lady just walked away. 20 minutes later they said they have no salad and would I like something else abd I said I would have liked my egg rolls that I ordered an hour and a half ago and never received. They said sorry I dont know what to tell you. The other people who were with me got chicken just thrown together with sauce just dumped on it and 3 lamb chops that took about an hour and fourth minutes to arrive and they were filled with fat. For 8 dollars the drinks were very small and not good or worth it. I was told by one staff I wold be accompanied by not having to pay for the 8.00 margarita bevause I never received my food and when the waitress bought the bill over and I made mention of the accommodation she stated I would not be receiving an accommodation and that the man who stated I would didn’t run anything and was not a manager. Don’t waste your time with this place because the non existent customer service alone is enough. If it was possible I would have given it zero stars and I wouldn’t return if the food was free.

The ambiance was ok, depending on the crowd you are looking for. The staff/servers/mixologist were amazing! Even security was nice. The menu was very limited for the time we went. The fish dinner was $17, and it was one catfish fillet cut in half. The rest of the to go container was filled with fries. I would not recommend the fish. The chicken was good. The jerk nachos could have been executed better (the chips looked like Doritos), yet the jerk was good. The drinks were normal, and the bottle service was above and beyond. They have hookah, and the host/hostess for that service was very attentive. It was an overall good experience. I will go back, maybe check out different days and / or crowds.

I was disappointed with my food. I ordered the crab cake, surf n turf (lamb chops and lobster tail) with Mac and cheese, greens. The lamb chops came out first but the lobster tail came much later. Both were undercooked. The crab cake, which is an appetizer, came later in the meal as well. The Mac and cheese was just ok. The greens were good. Nice and clean inside, I feel the wait staff could look a bit more professional with attire.

Valentine’s Day was a fantastic experience and a time was had! Here at Bea’s Kitchen & Kocktails black owned, definitely had to show some love for Black History Month.
The decorations displayed for Valentines at Bea’s Kitchen & Kocktails were too cute. The decorations added such a lovely touch. The music was perfect. The DJ understood the assignment and the mood just right! Perfect tunes from the time reservations @530pm with 90mins max at a table till we left.
Ordered the catfish dinner with red beans and rice along with the Mac and cheese and the second entree were the grilled pork chops dinner with cabbage and Mac and cheese. Everything tasted as good as the neat presentation. The food was very scrumptious! The chops were mouth-watering a must TRY! All the ingredients were fresh and everything was HOTT! And a cheese cake also came with the speciality dinner. No complaints there. Didn’t take long for our meal to be prepared.
Our waitress named was Jay. She was so sweet and attentive. And thoroughly knew the menu. Even took a pic of my family for me. The atmosphere was so inviting with such kindness from the staff. Glad we celebrated here at Bea’s Kitchen & Kocktails! . Highly recommended! Check em out!

I came here for my birthday brunch and let me just tell you it was amazing from the food to the service to the vibe of the events. It was everything I could’ve hoped for and more Sunday brunch was so fun. The food was amazing. I specifically love the greens and the shrimp and grits. We literally had the best time. we did the mimosa and it was delicious. Our server was amazing. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better server, the owner came around from table to table to make sure everybody was having a good time. Got a birthday shout out from the Dj. Let me just tell you if you’re thinking about booking here just do it. It was amazing and I’ll definitely be back and bring you more people to enjoy the atmosphere and the fun vibes that I had today
