I absolutely love coming to the Birch Run Taco Bell. I have to have my daily Baja blast!! Everyone always has always been super nice, but my two favorite workers there are Kelly and Riley. I see them the most when I stop in. I love seeing their smiling faces. Just wanted you to know they are the best.

Food made all 4 of us violently ill. I realize it’s taco bell but we’ve never had this problem at other locations. My sister, my niece, my daughter and I all fell ill shortly after visiting here.

Was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any tacobell establishment. Every single item in my order was either very stale or items were made incorrectly. And then proceeded to only refund me only half of my order. Absolutely abysmal and I will not be returning to this establishment.

Kudos to Eve, she is an excellent employee as well as the rest of them that were on shift this evening.
This was actually our second stop at a Taco Bell after having such terrible service at the Taco Bell on Vienna Rd (look the review I left for them) lazy employee (young female) there.
Anyway this Birch Run Taco Bell is definitely deserving of this
5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review! I asked “Do we have to use the kiosk to order, or can you take our order at the counter?” The young lady here was happy to help us… She replied: “No, you don’t have the kiosk, I can take care of you!” As she pointed to the counter! Needless to say we’re very happy to be greeted by such a great employee as her “Eve”! It’s so nice to know THERE ARE YOUNG PEOPLE WHO HAVE COMMON SENSE and GREAT WORK ETHIC and treat their customers the way we’re supposed to be treated! They actually had our food out before we could finish filling our drink cups.
Thank you, and thanks to ALL THE STAFF there this evening. It took her all of a minute, minute and a half tops to take our order! We enjoyed our meal, the place was clean! ❣️❤️Kudos to you all! I highly recommend this location❣️❤️

Cost are Inflated compared to local surrounding area Taco Bells. Small town so doesnt hold logic other then probably price gouging.

I hadn’t eaten all day, was feeling like I really needed something to get me home. I got a bean and rice burrito, swapped the melty cheese for shredded cheddar, speaker person and window person were brief but friendly. My complaint with the food was the rice had specks of very crunchy! Old or overcooked? And i paid almost $1 more to swap the cheese! Wasn’t adding, I was swapping, thought that’s a little bit much. Taco bell use to be very affordable, not so much anymore. No pictures as I would have had to stop and pull over the car and unroll it to get a picture!

Our family of 5 stopped here for a late lunch on our trip home to Ohio. We were ravenous and the service was fast, and our food was delicious. The staff was pleasant and accommodating even though the drive-thru was very busy. The restaurant was decorated with a cute Christmas tree and poinsettias on the tables. We appreciated having familiar food and a very enjoyable dining experience.
