Atmosphere? Not really. It’s a hole in the strip-mall. But oh my goodness: scrumptious ‘za with a perfect crust every time. Not afraid of anchovies either…and the mildly spicy sauce is just thick enough. A hidden gem! You’ll be amazed! Even the wings are first rate, not to mention the beef sangweech. Don’t hesitate.

Everything is delicious, and we love this establishment and the owners/employees. What a great place to eat and have supporting the community here in Mendota. The beef roll (all the rolls really) is a favorite! And the personal meal deals are perfect for getting a roll and the delicious cheese nugget. Only disappointment is the extra charges you don’t realize are coming, for example the lemonade, even when kids order it, is an extra charge or more than a soda because of it being a special brand (regular lemonade would be preferred), and boneless wings are more if you choose that, so just really read the menu for extras such as these. But the food is so good both dine in and carryout, well worth it!

Pizza was hot and delicious! The building used to be a Pizza Hut, so it’s a little old fashion. The need to take out the salad bar stuff since they’re not using it and replace the carpet. Our waitress was great! Very friendly.

Best pizza i have eaten in a very long time! First time ordering and will continue to do so forever! Tried the bbq chicken pizza, prima, gyro roll, and just a plain cheese and pepperoni. ALL were amzing! The garlic butter sauce everything 10 stars. Customer service amazing as well.

Love it! Reminds me of pizza hut in the 90s. My son also gobbled the “cheese nuggets”. I don’t live in mendota anymore but always make sure to visit marchellonis when I’m in town!

8/10/25 whoever made our pizza did a great job. Ordered the primo and had it delivered. Came piping hot with enough sauce which sometimes is lacking. Keeping us coming back!!!

Love that they have more room now (don’t live in town so I don’t get to eat here often) this is a staple anytime I come to Mendota pool in the summer! We always get pizza after and chill and their pizza always just hits different! Its so good and their apps and beef rolls yuuuuuuuumy!

If you’re looking for a crash course in how not to run a business, this “owner” is your teacher of the year. The behavior was absurd, disrespectful, and downright disgusting. I almost wondered if it was a prank, but sadly it was real life. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else!

The food isn’t as great as it use to be. I feel they don’t add as much meat and cheese in their rolls as they use to. They’re pretty expensive (IMO) and the this last time the cheese nuggets weren’t nuggets, they were cut in huge pieces. Been eating here for over 20 years, though.

This was an amazing find! We decided to stay off the beaten path on our way home from Galena and discovered this jewel for lunch! The pricing and value are spot on. We ordered the 7″ pizzas and a 7″ nugget which was amazing! The waitress was superb and very kind. We truly enjoyed our time here and the food!
