This is my first time dining here, and the Liangpi (Shaanxi-style cold noodles), Roujiamo (meat-filled buns), dumplings and Mifen (rice noodles) are my favorites. The flavors are incredibly authentic, and the ingredients taste very fresh. The restaurant itself is comfortable, bright, and modern, creating a very pleasant dining atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Chinese food, especially Shaanxi cuisine!

Blissful Noodle is a great spot for truly traditional Shanxi 陕西面 food. Their handmade Shanxi noodles are authentic and full of chewy, satisfying texture, just like you’d find in northern China. Tried the liangpi and it wasn’t good. The noodle texture was really weird, and the sauce was way too light with almost no flavor. I ordered takeout and had to add soy sauce myself just to make it salty. Overall, it tasted pretty strange and definitely not restaurant quality.

Came in to try this new spot on Broadway and really enjoyed it.
We ordered a few dishes to share — the rice noodle dish with spicy minced pork was the standout. The noodles were silky, flavorful, and not too heavy. You can tell they’re made well.
We also tried the dumplings, some cold appetizers, and a lamb dish — everything was fresh, nicely plated, and came out hot.
If you like rice noodles but want something different from pho, this place is worth checking out. Happy to see a new local restaurant in Burlingame.
