This is one of the best kept secrets in Colorado. I just got the chicharrones con carne and they came with fresh warm tortillas and a green and red salsa and it was a 100/10 amazing. Cars were parking left and right around me to go to this place. Hands down best chicharrones in Colorado, and I’m sure their other meats are amazing. I will be coming back to get a bunch of items next time. Price point was incredibly cheap and for some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. Don’t walk, but run to Carnitas Don Chuy! You won’t be disappointed
