Salt Kitchen & Lounge South Beach is a laid back restaurant located in the Lord Balfour Hotel, conveniently situated on Ocean Drive, south of 5th Street. Beach goers can enjoy a small bite, or entree crafted by award-winning Chef, Dustin Atoigue. Salt offers indoor and outdoor seating and features a backyard lounge to host parties and live music, where guests can access the pool, jacuzzi and tiki bar. Longer than the ordinary happy hour, Salt offers a happy hour menu from 5-9 p.m. Among the carefully crafted menu are two stand out dishes, the lobster rolls and tuna tartare. Come in for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, or late night dining to experience the welcoming ambiance Salt has to offer.

Great service and fantastic food. Lovely outdoor seating area is the perfect spot for a nice dinner. They have a good wine list and several drinks to choose from. The wedge salad is fresh and highly recommended. The burger was delicious and the fries were good, too.

Costumer service was great. The staff member that served us was really attentive and friendly. She even offered for separate bills which helped. The food was amazing. The meal I ordered was from the entree section of the menu. It was slow cooked bbq pulled rib sandwich with cheese which came with chips. The portion size was decent as well. We left very full and satisfied. This restaurant is definitely highly recommend. 10/10.
