Today I went in for lunch and I had to use the bathroom. The general manager was in and he told me he wasn’t giving me the bathroom code because it was on the receipt. I told him I was going to order to dine in and he said I’m not giving you the code but I can unlock the door. That’s fine I understand rules but how he said it was rude and dismissive like he didn’t want to be bother. 10 minutes after that a homeless woman came in someone gave her code to bathroom with no problem and after she got out she was putting her hand all in the ice machine. If you guys are going to have a rule it should apply to everyone. The other staff were nice and the store manager was too but that general manager needs Customer Service training.

Went to get lunch and asked if they had more chicken coming out if not I could pick something else. They said it was done gave me the chicken bowl got back and started eating the first piece I put in my mouth is chewy I thought it was a nerve or something I spit it out didn’t really look at it. As I went for another bite I saw the chicken was slimy on the inside and I picked at it with my fingers and it was squishy you could tell it was raw. I won’t be going back this is a huge disappointment, and I am very concerned cause I’m pregnant and I hope I do not get food poisoning from this.

Went to this chipotle last night (1/15/24) around 6:45 pm. The place was absolutely disgusting. The trash was overflowing and it was overall just very unsanitary. Every single table was dirty. They also claimed to be out of white rice, but this happens constantly. They aren’t actually out, they just don’t feel like making it. It is highly obvious because it happens so often at night. The employees let the place be like this, and they have the worst customer service as well. It has gotten so bad and someone really needs to be calling attention to this. They also close early often, even though they aren’t supposed too. Overall, not a good chipotle at all.

Came in for dinner around 6:30 on a Monday. Will not come back to this location. The portion size is the worst I’ve seen. Would recommend trying another restaurant in the area. I mentioned that the portion size was really poor to the staff and all they offered to do was to add lettuce. I don’t know if they’re experiencing pressure to decrease portion sizes by management, but this is ridiculous, especially considering the price.

I’d give negative stars if I could. Ordered a steak and bean burrito for pickup. Got a chicken, rice and lettuce burrito, which I threw in the garbage. So not only is it in the most inconvenient location possible (no parking, have to walk about a mile to get in and out if you want to do pick-up), they can’t select the correct ingredients from a short list of ingredients they even have available. Also the chips were hard & stale. I don’t leave reviews very often, unless extremely compelled to do so (either very good or very bad). This was one of the top 10 worst food service experiences of my life. I already stopped going to Chipotle for the most part. This one sealed the deal. NEVER AGAIN! You are the worst, so now you are dead to me Chipotle. Thanks for the consistently terrible food that always caused severe internal distress.

Employees are lazy and rude: not only was the restaurant trashed, but it was empty, they were out of white rice, barbacoa, carnitas, fajitas, and steak with over an hour left before closing. They started putting up the dining room furniture an hour before closing – while we were eating – and the ice machine was also empty. So what exactly are the employees trying to do, besides turning away business? They don’t have time to clean up the messes, refill their machines, or cook food for the line, but they have time to put up dining room furniture an hour before closing?

There isn’t much room to eat inside, but it’s a great pick up place. It’s clean and bright inside.
Taste is very traditionally chipotle, my favorite burrito pick up!
Just a quick shout out to Erica, for being super accommodating and friendly! We actually came in around dinner time to pick up lunch for the next day – while Chipotle isn’t a very good overnight food, it was still my favorite burrito pick up. So we had to be the annoying guys asking for an extra container since the cardboard would probably get wet, sauces on the side, bags with handles… that stuff. But Erica was not just helpful, she threw in better ideas for us, was smiling and friendly the whole time and made us feel welcome and not at all a bother. Thank you so much.
And while the bowls weren’t the best tasting I’ve had at Chipotle, i know it’s because we ate it the next day after it had been refrigerated, and not because their ingredients were not fresh or seasoning off. This was a stellar place.

Ordered thru the mobile app for the first time. They got my order wrong. Missing some toppings I requested for in my burrito bowl and the chips look dark and overcooked. It is also unsalted . Unfortunate experience . I usually order in person and there was never a mess up. I recommend ordering in person.

Ordered here a couple of times and not once did they get my order right. The salad bowl I ordered today only came with 4 pieces of lettuce and little portions of everything else, feels like I ordered a half salad or something. The chicken burrito I ordered the week prior had burnt chicken in it and I ended up tossing it. The chips were good tho. This is the last time I come to this chipotle as it’s just not good food here and you don’t receive what you ordered.
