Papa John’s went down the drain. First you charge us for EACH TOPPING SEPARATELY, and then when I pick up my order , it looks like a cheese pizza when I ordered it with toppings and extra sauce and extra cheese. When I opened the box it’s barely any meat or veggies on it. When I order a pizza with only TWO TOPPINGS, I expect it to have those two toppings all over the pizza. My pizza looks like a cheese pizza with no toppings because they are being cheap and stingy with their portions. Do better papa John’s. You don’t even deserve to be called Papa. More like Cheap Stingy Uncle John’s. I want a refund or a discount or another free pizza. Why is most of the pizza cheese, if I wanted cheese I would order it. Thats why dominos and Pizza Hut and even ceasers pizza is better.

Two and a half hours for my order. Two hours after they delivered a messed up order and said they’d redeliver in 10-45 minutes. 45 minutes later, they said it had just come out of the oven and would be delivered in 20. 30 minutes later they said it was on the way. 10 minutes later, this mess was delivered.

Went in today and the cashier wasn’t too knowledgeable but was really nice and willing to help. When the Manager was asked for assistance in reference to the Pappa Pearings, he was rude, quick to cut me off and didn’t appear to be too knowledgeable himself. He jerk charging me regular price for the wings and telling me that it wasn’t apart of the deal. I explained to him that, that was incorrect as I order this bi-weekly. I eventually stated, no worries. Have a great day.

This place deserves no stars at all. People be careful when you order from this places. Today a order a large pizza from this place and when it got delivered the pizza was uncooked so I call the store and spoke to the manager and the only explanation she had, was that she was sorry and she couldn’t do anything. I am really disappointed. I am a repeat customer that frequently orders pizza at this location. Up until today my experience has been okay. Tonight I placed a delivery order for a pizza and wings. The driver left my pizza and wings outside on my step. No knock and my food is cold. It had to have been sitting out there for 30 mins. I hoped to get some resolve so I called to speak to the manager. A lady named Kyla (spelling may be wrong) addressed me with a complete lack of concern after I told her what happened. That pissed me off. Where is the customer service? Instead of meeting me with an apology and some sort of compensation I had to ask her for it. She says she will refund my money. When I asked her name for reference she paused and didn’t reply until I asked 2 more times. Now I’m unsure if she was really the manager or possibly gave me a fake name. Had it been handled differently I would continue to order from them. But when I don’t feel like my money is valued I take my business elsewhere. At the very least I hope the “manager” keeps her word and refunds my money. I would hate to have to escalate this. What a shame.

I support locally owned PaPas’ in spite of the bad publicity of the CEO. This one is staffed by polite young people of color who work hard making our delicious pie. Although moreso on the pricey end, my family prefers the pizza from here overall for taste and that garlic sauce. Will be back!
