Gluten free options! Open until 10pm every day of the week! His goal is to be open 24/7! I didn’t know it, but he said he was open 24 hours a day throughout the summer. We so desperately need a late night spot to go to get a bite to eat, especially after bars close.
He understands putting down Butcher Paper over a table and preparing food on that surface for people who have dietary restrictions. Food is cooked in air fryers instead of deep fryers, using liners so there’s no cross contamination. I had the American burger on a gluten-free bun with a side of tater tots. It was a nice portion of food. Gluten-free bun was just OK as is typical with gluten-free bakery items in restaurants. Owner seems quite open to suggestions like putting butter on the bun and heating it up on a clean pan.
Super nice staff. We are trying to get live musicians willing to work for tips in a meal. Spread the word to any hungry artists!

Was told by a good friend that the biscuits and gravy were to die for so we drove up from Southeast Arkansas arrived on Friday evening came in and tried the ice cream and definitely was not disappointed. Went in Saturday morning for the biscuits and gravy and let me tell you so worth the drive. . EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS FABULOUS the food,the atmosphere,the service couldn’t be better**** the orange juice was the best I’ve ever had it was like they went to the back food in Orange from the tree and squeezed it in the back room

I love diners and it’s so nice to see this one here in Neosho. The owner, Rodney, was so refreshing and fun to visit with. He makes you feel like family. The food was delish, the restaurant was clean and well put together, and the ice cream….YUM!!! I had the Harvest Crunch. The ice cream is homemade and fresh from a local business. We will definitely be back!

Had high hopes but it was awful. Had the nachos. It was chips from a bag and cheese from a can…like you would get at a high school football game. No seasoning on the meat or anything else. No jalapenos no salsa. Super blah. Loved the idea of a diner and loved the atmosphere. Server was attentive and nice.

I had an excellent experience at Show Me Diner in Neosho, Missouri! From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere had that perfect small-town diner charm. I ordered a burger and fries, and they were absolutely delicious — the burger was juicy and cooked perfectly, and the fries were golden, crispy, and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. It’s the kind of meal that makes you want to come back again and again. Five stars all the way for great food, great service, and a warm, inviting vibe!

I was really excited to come tonight since they have done remodeling and changed the name. I’m a huge advocate for local businesses. But I also need to be fair when giving criticism.
First off, love the theme they got going on. The atmosphere is cozy and fits perfectly for that American restaurant atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and were timely in delivering the food.
Now for the cons: mostly the food, I would say. I would assume that if there’s a limited menu that most of what is made on the menu is homemade. But I dont think that was the case. I got the double smash burger and potato salad. The potato salad was the regular kind you get from the deli at the store, so nothing special. Others at my table had onion rings or French fries– also mediocre. They were frozen previously and fried. I wouldn’t have an issue with that if they were the higher quality frozen sides, but that wasn’t what I saw.
My burger was cooked well, and it came as described on the menu… but the burger had no seasoning. It was plain burger patties. So mh burger wasn’t anything special either. My companions also had burgers, and again, nothing special.
Im just kinda disappointed. I had really high hopes since its a small restaurant. The food is more like that of a fast food place.
I hope there continues to be improvement. I would love to come back and try their food again, but for right now I think we will skip. I see a lot of people like this place and that’s great, but I guess its just not for us. Thank you.
