The food is always fresh and always good. Our office orders all the time.
Our newest favorite is the SAMPLER salad: egg salad, tuna salad, chicken salad on lettuce.
I came to update my review because its been since 2011 we have been ordering here! Fresh, clean and delicious and the quality is super consistent. If there is something wrong (rate) call the owner and let them make it right for you. Five stars from us!
Turkey Club is always good. Got the warehouse hooked on that

What can I say other than the FOOD IS ALWAYS amazing 6 years and running for me as a customer!! I love the staff and all of the delivery drivers especially the older gentleman. I have only had my food late 3 times in 6 years due to weather etc. that’s very reliable! Even when I bring my own lunches, I feel like a hot sandwich and soup etc. Breakfasts are amazing too! and their lunch specials (have to ask for what those are). We love them here in our office.

I work at Badcock Furniture. I went to Copans Cafe for lunch and was EXTREMELY PLEASED!!!! Great Great Great PLACE TO EAT !!!! I had the burger with fries. I have been dreaming about that burger all weekend. Definitely going back today for lunch !!!!!

I went in to order a sandwich, and the sandwiches came to $10.42. Nothing special. Their menus was $5.99, but since I put it on a bagel and added cheese, it was $10.42. The most expensive sandwiches I ever paid. Oo also they have a sign about egg price going up.. save your money and head to Dunkin

I had a disappointing experience at Copans Cafe during my recent visit. I ordered the breakfast special which included eggs cooked over hard. Unfortunately, the eggs initially came out runny, so I had to return them. What shocked me was that the owner, seemingly from nowhere, took the eggs from the cook, rearranged them with his bare hands without washing them or using gloves, and handed them back to me. This was quite unhygienic and concerning.
I felt uncomfortable about the situation and mentioned it, which led to the owner displaying a rather unpleasant attitude. Eventually, he offered a refund. Overall, my experience at Copans Cafe was marred by this incident, and I hope they can improve their food quality and customer service in the future.

Cindy was our server this morning on 08/31/2023, she was absolutely amazing super friendly and super attentive. Made us feel like family! Will deff be back thank you again for our delicious breakfast! And thank you to all the staff who made it so great! They also have amazing prices!

Quit my job at fedex down the road and decided to walk here for some chicken soup for the soul and a tuna sandwich. Wasn’t expecting anything great but honestly the soup was hot full of noodles and tasty and the tuna sandwich was also great with fresh veggies. I live in Hollywood but I will drive back this way for a meal again.

The only reason I gave this poor rating is because when I call to make a delivery order, the person who answers the phone doesn’t seem to be a people person or doesn’t like taking orders. I’ve called a couple of times and been transferred to someone else. As an educated and friendly person, I don’t like feeling uncomfortable when placing an order. Unfortunately, that’s how I feel when I call to order food from this place. In fact, I recommended this place to a friend, but she had the same experience and didn’t like the attitude over the phone. While the service is better in person at the cafe, I suggest improving the customer service when taking phone orders. When customers are in a hurry, they need to feel comfortable calling to order food, and that means being listened to and answered in a friendly manner. Due to my personal experience, I won’t be recommending this place to my coworkers for delivery orders.” Don’t promote delivery when employees who answer the phone don’t know how to take orders and treat people right. Is sad that this is not the only review about phone orders
