I’ve been ordering pickup from this location for a little more than two years now. I do pickup because I live within walking distance from the store. Saves me a delivery fee lol. The pizza has always been great but the service in the store has always sucked and that’s being polite. I ordered within an hour of closing time on Christmas eve. They were really busy and the tall gentleman with the dreds that I haven’t seen before was amazing! My parm bites were running a little behind but my man took care of it. In the 2+ years of ordering from this store, this was hands down the best experience I’ve had to date. Tall guy with the dreds…I hope you see this. Christmas eve and you killed it my man!!! While the food gets one star dominos customer service gets 5 stars. I ordered a philly steak pizza and received a cheese pizza. They gave me the choice of remaking it or giving me a credit i took the credit. I guess i cant complain. While not the pizza i was looking forward to a free pizza is a free pizza.

This location needs an immediate overhaul. I have plenty of experience working in a pizza kitchen and what I saw tonight was horrid. Severely backed up due to NYE (understandable). It was disorganized chaos with a manager who clearly cannot lead a team and was awful to her employees. In the 20+ minutes I waited to even be acknowledged, I witnessed the manager verbally berate two separate employees. It was completely inappropriate, condescending, and uncalled for. My order was sitting under their heat lamps through the duration of my wait. Missing items. Parmesan bread bites were simply fried bread with no toppings. Sauce was missing. they had at least 6 employees under this manager’s poor direction, with maybe two of which who showed any sort of hustle. The rest took their time, had poor attitude (reasonably so, given poor management). I witnessed one employee drinking a beverage in between pizza prep which is a health code violation. Meanwhile at least 5 or 6 tickets came in with zero attention from the employees.

I ordered for delivery on my phone at the 133 N Wisconsin St location in Hobart with the order totaling nearly $100. My order proceed to sit in the “quality check” phase in the order tracker on the dominos app for over 45 minutes. I tried to call the store location to see what was going on with the order and I was immediately put on hold for over 5 minutes so I had to drive all the way to the store location and talked to a staff member who grabbed my order off of a counter top (not in any form of heater or anything to keep it warm)which was burnt and now cold at this time I politely asked if I could have the parts of the order that were burnt and cold to be remade and several staff were very rude and continued to scream at me and my fiancé that they refused to remake the parts of the order that were messed up and that they were short staffed and too busy to deal with us. We were not the only customers having these kinds of issues as there was another customer having a very similar problem as well. This kind of behavior is incredibly poor customer service on behalf of the night shift and makes a bad name for the dominos brand. The handling of our food and the fact it was sitting out on a random counter in the middle of the kitchen is not food safe. This entire interaction left an incredibly bad taste about the company and specifically this location in the mouths of me and my fiancé.

Should’ve known better as this is not the first time this has happened. Delivery time said 17 minutes when I first started making my order. Here we are with no food and over an hour later. This place sucks all around, no answering of the phone either. Avoid as much as possible.

Worst experience with this Dominos. Placed an order online and it was never delivered. After over an hour and calling several times with no answer I finally got ahold of someone and the driver had delivered it to the wrong house. They said they’d remake my food and deliver it. Called 45 minutes later to find out the status and was told it had just been put in the oven and would be another 20 minutes. I asked for a refund. I understand being “slammed” and being busy, but if it were me that mistake would have been top priority.

On Halloween, I’ve experienced the worst at this location. I waited an hour and 30 mins for my food. The worker kept mentioning she doesn’t know what’s going on and my order was coming up next. The whole time that was a lie! It took one of the workers son to go to the back and finally find my order. This is the WORST Domino’s & the food was also disgusting after waiting so long. Please close this location!

Im definitely done ordering from here I’ve tried repeatedly to give them a chance but delivery is the worst!! Food is always cold by the time it gets here and always 40 to 1 hr over delivery time. No one ever answers the phones and it is to avoid the conflict which is not right!!
