I got the turkey, ham, and swiss cold-cut. In my opinion, it was very good. It cost about $27 for two regular cold-cut sandwiches and a fountain drink. It does seem the that’s the average price anywhere you go anymore and this place was worth it.

The Deli in Bismarck is one of those places you just keep coming back to—because it’s that good. The salads are always fresh, the sandwiches never miss, and the whole place is quaint, clean, and comfortable.
The customer service is always top tier. Friendly, consistent, and welcoming every single time. This has easily become our monthly lunch spot. We’ll talk about trying somewhere new… but honestly, when it’s this good, there’s no need to.
If you want a reliable, feel-good lunch that never disappoints—this is it.

I am from Northeastern USA, and I enjoy a great deli shop! As a traveling healthcare worker, I decided to try this establishment. They’d been around nearly half a century. So I tried the soup and sandwich and I was impressed! I initially asked for the turkey noodle soup. But that is a Tuesday special. So I tried the beer cheese soup and club style sandwich and I was pleased. It was delicious, fresh, and flavorful! They have a variety of breads. Who knew I could find a wonderful and the best deli shop in Great Plains, USA! Bravo, Country House Deli shop! This is a greedy girl approved message. ❤️

Great sandwiches! Amazing selection of bread choices. Everything was fresh and tasty. Just passing through today, but I will add it to my list the next time I am in Bismarck.

On my second visit to this quaint little eatery, I was once again struck by its unassuming charm, truly a hidden gem in the realm of gourmet sandwiches. Its allure lies in its commitment to freshness, reminiscent of a homemade meal. Do take note of their limited operating hours, a small inconvenience worth planning around. Peak times may test your patience with longer waits, but the reward is a delicious meal. A visit here comes highly recommended and you’ll also enjoy supporting our local small businesses.

Stopped in for the first time today. The place was clean, had good music playing. Nice atmosphere. Being it was my first time visiting, I chose the “regular” size Club on white bread. I ate there. Service was friendly & fast. Had my sandwich within minutes and it was delicious. I love the fact that it’s a locally owned, small business. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town. I saw a sign on the window that said “veteran owned”- I did not confirm this, but if so, even more of a reason to support this establishment.

Best sandwiches in town! Pete runs a great shop. I can’t recommend this place enough. Our office had a large order today, and we couldn’t have been more happy. They even took the extra steps to label everyone’s food and nicely pack it in a box for me. Such a well run business!
