Ordered a Vito online, got it home and discovered there was no meat in it, just lettuce and onion. Called and got a sorry, but no offer to make it good. We have gone here quite a few times, so it’s a mystery how you can forget the main ingredients.

Decided I would hit up Jimmy John’s today. Let’s start out with everyone was super friendly and the place is really clean. Ordered a Turkey/Ham/Cheese with lettuce, tomato and mayo. The bun is a chewy type. Had a bonus of getting a free cookie which I chose the Red Velvet Cookie which is a new flavor. It had white chocolate chips in it which made it great. If you want fast, this is the place to come to.

We love ordering from Jimmy John’s almost every Sunday! The staff is so friendly—we’re practically on a first-name basis—and our order is always ready and delicious. The app is super convenient, letting us order even before the store opens and schedule a pick-up time, something other apps don’t offer. Highly recommend!

It’s your typical Jimmy John’s and service was good. I would have gave this place 4 stars but they messed up my order.

I just want to say how nice it was to see the gentleman from jimmy johns rush to the aid of my niece. She has a medical condition however she passed out on the road walking towards the building. He quickly reacted making sure she was safe and was on the phone with 911 very quickly checking for a pulse. She woke up and we thanked him for his help. Good job! Thank you for being there

I ordered my food but changed my mind before my food was made due to the size of the pickle. The worker was saying rude things under his breath about me changing my mind. When I ordered a different sandwich he asked me if I was sure in a sarcastic way. The manger did not even say anything about his behavior. Never again will I go to this location. Customer service is zero.

First, just let me say I’ve been eating at Jimmy John’s restaurants for 20 years.

My family and I walked into this location. After a few awkward moments of standing in front of the cashwrap we were “greeted” by a younger looking dude behind the counter as he was making sandwiches. I said “greeted” because there was this undertone of ire in his voice as though he was annoyed we were there.

We proceeded to order. I ordered a limited time sandwich for my son (firecracker wrap I think) while my wife and other boy split a turkey sandwich. I got the #9 as I have for years. An older gentlemen was now working the POS system. He was very friendly. I asked if I could have some of the garlic aoili added to my sandwich. Immediately the younger guy making the sandwiches just said (with the same bothered tone) “no, can’t do that. It only goes on the limited time offer.” Yikes, really? Like I already bought the limited time offer. And really, we’re doing to be stingy with flavored mayo? And it wasn’t just that. He didn’t say “oh sorry sir, can’t do that, but is there another sauce you’d like” or anything. He almost seemed to enjoy shutting my request down. I said “can’t you just upcharge me for it?” and again the younger guy said “nope”. I looked shocked at the guy taking my order, who also kind of had a surprised look. The man behind the POS machine said “oh yeah he’s management, so what he says goes”. I looked at my wife and she was equally befuddled.

We waited a bit for our food. When it was ready the “manager” tossed them on the counter and didn’t even say our order was ready. Then he seemed to realize he’d forgotten our pickles, so he was like “oh yeah pickles” and proceeded to wrap some up. I said “hey man, question. If I had ordered a side of extra Italian with my #9, would you have been able to give me a side of dressing?” He seemed absolutely mystified by this question. He asked me to clarify, which I did. He answered affirmatively. I then said “okay, well my son got the firecracker with the aoili, couldn’t you have given me a side of that since he ordered the limited time offering?” again, confusion on his end. Then he fumbled around and tried to explain to me that it’s a limited time offer that’s almost over, but there’s an aoili shortage? And that since it’s ending soon they need all the aoili they can get? I don’t know. But it just seemed really weird to shun a customer over a tablespoon of sauce… I mean heck those sandwiches are like $11 dollars now, you know?

So if that was it, okay whatever, kind of a weird interaction. The #9 seemed pretty decent. Until around 10:30pm when I started to feel a strange nausea and discomfort. Let me spoil the ending here: I got TERRIBLE FOOD POISONING. Based on the timeline it was only attributable to Jimmy John’s. Fortunately my son didn’t take a bite of my sandwich when I offered it. Perhaps if “management” was practicing proper food safety rather than trying to be the Lord of the Sauces I wouldn’t have spent from 11pm to 4am alternating between puke/diahrrea.

I will NEVER return to this location. Who knows how many other people were poisoned!

This location is clearly focused on delivery. I was out running errands, so I placed an order for pickup. Waited 30 minutes for confirmation that the order was ready, but the “order tracker” never updated. I finally just went to the restaurant hoping it was ready. No pick up counter for people who order ahead, so I went to the “pick up” area. Staff ignored me, working hard to avoid eye contact. I finally went back and waited in the order line. After reaching the register, I realized they had my sandwich there, but was missing my drink. They reluctantly handed me a cup. Next time, I’ll just order delivery.

This location used to be very fast to deliver to my work place about 4 minutes away. A lot of my coworkers ordered delivery from this location as well. They’re now regularly taking 45 minutes to over an hour for delivery. I don’t go to Jimmy Johns because the food is good, I go there because they’re “freaky fast” and that helps with my meeting schedule. Since they’re no where near freaky fast anymore, they’re useless.
