This sushi and ramen spot absolutely delivers on flavor and presentation. We ordered the ramen first, and it was excellent, rich, balanced, and clearly made with care. We also tried several sushi items, and this is where the place really shines. The presentation was top class and the taste matched it bite for bite. Every plate looked intentional and impressive.
The only hiccup was the service. We were not checked on during the meal, and a requested water never made it to the table. It did not ruin the experience, but it is something worth tightening up.
That said, the food speaks loudly here. This is an easy return spot and one I am genuinely excited to come back to. If you love great ramen and beautifully done sushi, this place is absolutely worth your time.

What a gem in Pueblo! We love sushi and this place is amazing! So very excited to have found it! This is our 3rd visit and we can’t complain. It’s like being teleported out of Pueblo to somewhere with actual good sushi!

I said “wow” during every stage of this dining experience. The freshness of ingredients is where the quality is, making even a basic California roll taste special. The presentation is as amazing as the photos, they activate dry ice tableside for an artistic touch! I highly recommend their Cali roll, fried or plain, and their namesake Aji roll. And that’s coming from someone who dislikes salmon for its fishy flavour and typically thinks Cali rolls are bland.

The food was really good! And the presentation was even better. I’m so glad we have somewhere in Pueblo like this! We had the soup dumplings, fried California roll, volcano roll, and the passion fruit tea! Everything was soo good! It was super busy so service was a little behind but honestly we didn’t mind because we knew how busy they were and it wasn’t an unreasonable wait. I highly recommend this place we will be back soon!!

Wow, I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this place! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. The sushi was hands down some of the BEST I’ve ever had — so fresh, bursting with flavor, and plated so beautifully it almost looked too good to eat. Every single bite was perfection. But what really made the experience stand out was the service. My server, Linda, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was so kind, attentive, and genuinely made me feel like a valued guest. It’s rare to find someone who can make you feel so at home while also giving such professional service. The whole experience was truly 10/10 — will be recommending to everyone!!
