I see so many bad reviews of this place but I’m so confused! This was my first time at this location and it couldn’t have been better. The service was so quick and polite. Now, I’m not one to write reviews but this sandwich was the best I’ve ever had from Jimmy John’s- ANY location. Hands down the best! I get an unwich every time and 98% of the time they just throw the stuff together and call it a sandwich. My sandwich was so neat and perfect this time around. The experience was so good I genuinely stopped me in my tracks to write this review. 10/10 WILL BE BACK.

I ordered the tuna sub #15. Do not order the tuna sub. It was dry, it looked old, and had no flavor. This place didn’t even ask howni wanted my sub. When I asked for mayo, she looked at me and gutted my sub with two and laid it down next to the bread. They didn’t ask me what I wanted on my sub. They didn’t ask if I wanted wheat bread or regular bread. Don’t waste your money. I tried to eat my sub but couldn’t. I’m sure white settlement has a better sandwich shop in this area.

Ordered through the Mobile app for delivery, order came without the drink I payed for. Sandwich was made wrong (simple customization, adding/removing items from sub), the bread was hard to chew through. Called the store about my drink, they apologized and said they would send their driver back out once they got to the store. I never received the drink I payed for. Much better places in the area for not only Sandwiches but also service.

Quite literally the slowest service I’ve ever had. It seriously took 30 minutes just to get 2 sandwiches. And no, it was not busy. These employees just move as slow as possible. ZERO sense of urgency I will never come back to this location
