Burned my food.. i called no one would resend the food because they dont have delivery drivers. Cheesy puffs hard as rocks. Still had to wait 24 hours for a refund and the manager had a attitude about it also. Im hungry NOW not tomorrow

I came here and it hadn’t been open yet there is it a sign indicating what time it opens or closed or maybe I missed it anyhow I was sitting outside waiting and I just looked online to check what time it opens. I wouldn’t have had to experience the rudeness from an employee that was arriving to work I had simply asked her a question nicely. Excuse me. What time do you guys open and with the mean ugly look on her face she told me in Spanish I Hablo Español and shut the door in my face. Little does she know I speak Spanish too, so I could’ve redirected my question to her in Spanish had she not shut the door in my face to me that is really rude and honestly if she doesn’t like her job in working with customer service or speaking with the public, she needs to redirect her place of work not sure how she spells her name aidea aydea I was given her name by the lady at the front register when I came back when it opened to order my food I should of asked what her name was because she was kind enough to apologize for her coworkers rudeness

It sure be nice if they knew what pretzel crust Pizza looked like cuz. They have messed app my order twice. I’m done with this place. That’s fine I’ll find one that does know the difference. Lol I guess if you add the salt to any crust that makes it pretzel

I bought 3, very simple, pizzas. 2 Extra cheese with pepperoni, 2 extra cheese with onion and jalapen̈o. We got home and the pizzas were dry and over cooked. I had company which I why I bought pizza but I’ll never go there again.

I have visited several times and always get the stuffed crazy bread crust, which is $3.00 more per pizza, and 9 out of 10 times I have had to ask them to put it on when I come in to pick up my order and check it.

We waited over 20 min for italian cheese bread. Finally asked how much longer, they give us one that was sitting there. We also ordered the $5 pizza as well, one pepperoni and one cheese. When we got home, this is the cheese pizza we got. Hard, overcooked. We couldn’t eat it. Had to throw it away. See photos below. Very dissatisfied
