Wings were tiny and over cooked, literally half of the 24 wings we ordered were not edible, and the fries we ordered were incredibly stale, and cold and also not edible, we tossed the whole order. we ordered online and drove 20 minutes to pick it up and by the time we realized we were home and not wanting to go back out. The fries were not cold and stale from the drive home, they were obviously very old. We will not ever be returning to this location and possibly any Buffalo Wild Wings because this seems to be an issue at a lot of locations.

This was easily one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve had, and it sealed the deal for us on this Grove City location.

We arrived around 5:45–6:00 PM on a Saturday and were in the restaurant for nearly two hours. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, it took about 45 minutes just to get our food.

The table was clearly not cleaned properly. There was ketchup or barbecue sauce on the side of the table that stained my wife’s brand-new sweatshirt. We brought this to the manager’s attention. He said he would look for a Tide pen and speak to whoever bussed the table. He never returned with a Tide pen and never followed up at all.

During the entire meal, nothing was ever cleared from the table. Empty glasses, used trays, and finished items sat there the entire time. Basic table maintenance simply did not happen.

Water was initially served without ice, though the server did correct that after we asked. Unfortunately, that was one of the few things that was addressed.

When the food finally arrived, the server immediately disappeared. We then had to wait again just to tell her that the fries were cold. The food itself wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t good enough to justify the wait, the lack of cleanliness, or the overall experience.

To make matters worse, the way this was handled at checkout was frustrating. The manager applied a 25% discount to one check for earlier issues. However, when our in-restaurant promotion (spend $15, get a free burger) was missing, we were told we could only have one or the other, even though the promotion was clearly the better deal. There was no real attempt to make things right, just a rigid response.

This was only our third visit to this location, and we’ve never had a good experience here. After this visit, we will not be coming back. There are far too many restaurants that can manage clean tables, reasonable service times, and basic customer care.

If something comes out, and there’s a mistake or problem with it, no big deal. When literally everything you order is bad, that’s an issue. Got there around 5:00 pm; it was not very busy. Ordered an onion ring app, and it took 40 minutes to get to us. When they did arrive, they were cold and greasy; sent them back. Twenty minutes later, we got our food. My mom’s salad came with no dressing. My wings were so cold, you could look at them, and tell they’d sat somewhere for quite a while; totally inedible. The side of tots were warm, and clumped together. We ate the tots because we were hungry. An hour and a half after arriving, we left to go somewhere else to eat. This place is really, really bad. Never been somewhere that screwed up so bad in every aspect, that we couldn’t eat anything, well, except the lukewarm, clumpy tots. Service was bad, too. The manager really seemed to lack experience as well. Totally would not recommend.

We frequent this bdubs location and it’s *usually* fine (and food is almost always great), but occasionally the management issues are obvious and it’s enough to annoy the living daylights out of you.

Last weekend went to watch the Ohio State game and arrived around 7. Our family of 5 was put on the wait list which was about 20-ish minutes, even though there were several empty tables inside and all but 2 patio tables were open.

The parking lot was packed and we thought the inside would be too, but turns out it was the ton of people waiting for carry out orders.

We waited 25 minutes before we overheard a server tell her table that the kitchen was so behind on carry out orders that they’re not taking any more food orders from the dining room, and that if any servers were caught running food to their tables they would be sent home. So we’re talking about 7:25 now, during a football game, and a restaurant is no longer serving food to its dine-in patrons.

Instead of turning off carry out orders to give the kitchen time to catch up, servers had to tell their customers they couldn’t order food. In other words, the manager prioritized continuing online carry out orders over the patrons who were literally at a table in the restaurant waiting to order food.

After I overheard the server, I went back to the hostess to make sure what I heard was right – they weren’t serving food for the rest of the night – and she confirmed. But instead of texting us through the waitlist – or heaven forbid walking up and telling us – they were just going to let us keep waiting without saying anything.

We left after about 30 minutes, and almost all of the carry out patrons were still there waiting for their orders.

All that to also say we’ve been there several times and have had great service, but it’s not reliable or dependable. There’s an equal chance it will be a great or not-so-great experience. Your server might be super bubbly or they might be annoyed by your presence, and who knows what management will prioritize that day.

Food was cold, didn’t get a refill offer until we were ready for our to go boxes. Order the chili through the pick up app to get to our table on time. Chicken was so dry the bones were snapping in half. Will not be going back.

The fact this place even is open is an accomplishment in itself. Waited over 90 minutes for our food for most of it to come out cold. Then had to wait 20 more minutes for a “fresh” batch of tator tots. If you play Keno you have to wait an hour to be payed out. Tables took over 30 minutes to be cleared off so nobody was getting seated just go to Georgesville Road.

The last two times I had wings, they were almost inedible. I don’t know what has happened, but the food quality has taken a downfall. I have pictures of the last two times I had wings. They were so small. I put a quarter beside them and they were almost the same size. The bones are sticking out and so un appetizing I couldn’t eat them. I order a burger couple days ago and it was so burnt, I couldn’t eat it and the fries were cold and stuck together. I’ve had the pretzels and they were so hard I couldn’t eat them. I’ve had the nachos and queso. It came out and the soufflé cup was almost melted, and it tasted like plastic.
I’ve been a customer of Buffalo Wild Wings for 25 years. I’ve been to the Hilliard, Lancaster, Eastside of Columbus, Canal, Winchester, Grove city, campus, Dublin. This is the worst food I’ve ever had from there. I will continue to go there For the bar and the service, but I don’t know if I would it’ll be able to eat there again.
The first two pictures are from1/16/25 and the rest were from 12/26/24

I ordered a burger to eat there. The staff was very friendly. I love the set up at the bar. I also ordered some boneless wings to go and it took forever. When I got home order was wrong. I called, and the manager was able to make it right. I will continue to go back because I like the atmosphere and the food is good. Mistakes happen, especially when it’s a brand new restaurant.

I am deaf and This place isnt deaf friendly to even attempt to accommodate my basic request, I asked simply to turn on closed captions on 1 of the tvs for the ufc fight on December 6th. Our server was amazing trying to get the management to cooperate but the regional manager told her no and refused to help the basic request to turn on captions. And due to this i will not be returning. Our food was ok, not the best and definitely not hot once it came to the table. Deaf community please be aware they do not accommodate. Closed captions are basic needs for ADA rights.

We visited the Grove City Buffalo Wild Wings tonight as a party of seven and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. We arrived around 9:45 PM and didn’t receive our food until about 10:50 PM, which was a very long wait — especially with no clear communication or updates from staff.

When the food finally came out, several items were either undercooked or prepared incorrectly, which made the experience even more frustrating after such a long delay. Service overall felt very disorganized and inattentive, and it didn’t seem like there was much urgency to resolve issues once they were brought up.

We understand that restaurants get busy and things happen, but the lack of communication, quality control, and overall service made this visit really disappointing.

Got here with family to have a nice meal and didn’t even get the appetizer until over an hr after the server put it in and then our meals mainly wings came out cold and dry. The server was ok but the food had definitely been sitting for a while so not sure if the kitchen or the server was being slow on getting food out but definitely will not be returning.
