Where to begin. 25 minutes in a pull up spot after ordering at the drive thru. While waiting, we observed the employees in their habitat of apathy and atmosphere of 0-1 motivation. All 7 were walking aimlessly while car after car had to park and wait for food. No hustle or sense of urgency to get food out. As we left the land of McDespair, we observed there were about 8 cars still waiting for food and around 10 waiting to order. All hope was not lost as we drove to our place of refuge. How wrong we were to assume that we had been spared from the horror that awaited us. When did they start toasting buns on double cheeseburgers and Big Macs? I will be reporting that food crime to Interpol, as the dry, chewy almost food attempted to remove all moisture from my body to reanimated itself. Of course the two dried out patties were in on this abdominal hate crime. I tried to power through with as much ketchup I could stand. I failed at 1.5 double cheeseburgers and donated what was left to the raccoons. If I find them dead in the morning, I will personally pay for the necropsy to confirm cause of death. Avoid this place at all costs. You have been warned ⚠️

They are fantastic. We placed 2 orders in the drive thru both times they greeted us fast and were very friendly and nice. The food was hot and ready fast. We got a kids meal and 2 of the New Burgers we saw the owner trying on utube. Will update after tasting. The girl taking our order Thank you so much for being patient and smiling each time we ordered.

As a frequent customer, I can not express frustration with the drive through. 9 out of 10 times something is not ready. They park me at the curb side pickup where i wait for food. What’s the point of the drive though then. This happens even when the store is not busy as well

Honestly this is the worst McDonald’s in the area. If there are more than 3 cars in the drive thru expect to spend 20 min in line. Just ordered a Happy Meal and the kid at the window tried to hand me a bag and a coke. I told him it wasn’t my order and he started to argue that it was my order. I told him I had a happy meal and the manager came over and said here is your crispy chicken sandwich. And she tried to argue with me too when I told her it wasn’t my order. All while the happy meal was sitting in front of them.

So many staff members at 7:30pm, order drive thru $15 with of food and 8 deep waiting customers 36 minutes later to get dry burger patties is a freaking joke. This place needs to close. Watching 7 staff members wandering around doing absolutely nothing to push fresh product out. It was comically waste of time and effort for a nostalgic burger of crap

Horrible service ordered from them they forgot the McGriddles on 2 of my sausage mcgriddles also forgot the 3rd Mcgriddle entirely they put the egg on the bacon and sausage and cheese sandwiches when I asked for no egg

The McDonald’s “drive through” is ridiculous making every single car pull into a spot or pull around the corner to wait on there food. I get trying to speed things up but there was no one behind me and I still got sent to a spot. There’s now 4 cars sitting in spots waiting for food and no one in the drive through. It’s called “fast food” if I wanted to wait in a spot I would do curbside but this is the third time in a row I’ve been sent to a spot. I don’t get it and it’s not hard or crazy busy. Do better no need to wait in a spot when they could just be better prepared.
