Papa’s has gone so far down hill… it shouldn’t even be considered pizza anymore. I havent ordered forever and know I remember why….. blech
3 mushrooms on a Large pizza…. really?? However, I did call and the manager was really nice about it. Not a great experience. Stick to locals, not chains. Just saying.
**edit** The replacement pizza was done correctly and really wasn’t that bad.

I waited hours for my food, only for the Papa John’s delivery driver to get on the phone and argue with me about the color of my house. He said he never makes mistakes and my house is yellow…..I politely tried to tell him that MY house is NOT yellow, and that my neighbors IS! Then he got an attitude and said he knew how to read numbers and that my house was yellow! The absurdity of the situation!!

One of the best Papa John’s in the area. The food quality is always top notch. Sometimes the slice cut is a little wonky but the taste is always on. Papa John’s cheesy bread is the best around in my opinion. It is aways very delicious even without the side garlic sauce.

This is my favorite pizza place so it really is sad that I have to say this, the management here is not good at all. Anyone who has ever worked in the service industry knows that management is always responsible if anyone calls off, is it their own job to find a cover. There is a sign posted where customers can see and it says something along the lines of “anyone calling off for their own shift needs to secure their own replacement with manager approval” this seems like such irresponsibility and laziness on the managers behalf. Please do better and treat your team with dignity and respect before the only good pizza place left turns into another disaster.

Not a single mask or glove to be found on any employee during covid19 as I picked up my carry-out. Lots of employees outside sharing cigarettes though. I left dismayed at the complete lack of respect for anyone who orders from there. I generally appreciate Papa Johns products but not enough to order from this location again, especially when there are so many high quality local places.

EDIT: Removed another star. ordered a pizza and a pizza bowl. the kids said their pizza was fine, but my pizza-bowl was cold, had less contents in it than normal, and it was soggy – I wanted a pizza bowl, not an order of V8 soup. anyway, will probably continue to get pizza from there, but definitely not pizza-bowls or wings.

I’ve ordered from you guys more than once. Only a couple of times my order was incorrect( by a topping once and I was delivered a cherry Pepsi instead of regular.)
But that’s okay because regardless I ate the food and enjoyed it.
