My biggest issue is that my hot drinks are noticeably under-filled EVERY time. They’re also quite slow. I drive an extra 6 minutes both ways to the Yorkville location.

I ask suppose this dark for a latte. said yes. plus tipping people to do their job is not right. they are not a restaurant. you charge enough . tipping should be an option and not to be asked using tap and pay.

Came here tonight to pick up a mobile order. My 3 year old daughter came in with me and from the moment we walked in we were both acknowledged and welcomed in. While I waited for my order, the other 2 girls came over to say hello to my daughter as well. The lovely lady making my drink accommodated it in a way so I could have my extra cold foam which I appreciated so much. Overall, a great experience and my daughter loved it too! Very nice and clean too. One of my favorite locations!

Location still kind of new (little over a year now). Drinks you order are “hit or miss” depending on the knowledge, competence and experience of the Barista making your beverage. TODAY had my Son pickup a Mobile order on his way home from work. One of the drinks ordered clearly stated it was a Strawberry Açaí Lemonade with extra strawberries. Only the drink had NO Strawberries at all! Didn’t return it because I was in the middle of prepping Holiday dinner & my Son was already tired coming in from working. It’s beyond annoying and aggravating when Employees do not properly READ the instructions on orders! And they also need to work on their speed because as many others stated, they shouldn’t be as slow as they are too! Please DO Better!

I used to like Thai Starbucks but recently it’s been horrible i usually order a pink drink with no dairy cold foam I get this drink often and at this location it’s always off. I let it sit for like maybe 10 minutes and it looks like this. This has never happened to me at any other location I spend around $8-$9for this to happen every single time. Its just not good

The crew here has settled into their groove. The location is running pretty smoothly only a short time after opening. Drive-up line moves pretty quickly. Baristas acknowledge you at the order screen as soon as you pull up. Have only had one issue where the item I mobile ordered was not available. I was offered a substitute or refund; my substitute pastry was warmed up quickly and I was on my way. I’ve only been inside once for a pickup and had no complaints.

Rude and SLOW. Did not take order like other locations. Slow, slow. Then gave attitude. The girl rolled her eyes at me because she didn’t like the way I said yes Do not go here before work if you’re in a hurry, or have anywhere to be. If you like slow and rude go here! I will go in Jewel or down the street. I have never had that experience at any other Starbucks.
