WOW! Everyone was in a great mood, even tho it was busy. The young lady manager was being helpful and positive, the two young men at the front were very kind!! When the business settled, the young man cleaned the tables and still kept a good attitude! Food was hot and fresh!! Very impressed Arby’s!

Used to be great but while sitting in the drive through the worker dropped lids on the floor then proceeded to pick them up while scraping them on the floor and put into the lid holder with the clean lids. They messed up my order, when I went in to get my missing food I was screamed at to get out or they’d call the police (I’m guessing the inside was closed though the door was unlocked). I told them I just want my sandwich and was told I had to go back through the long drive through line. I’d already been waiting on my food for 30 minutes.

The restaurant was clean and a constant flow of customers ordering their food. Only concern I had was seeing the lack of what looked like help to take orders, prepare said orders, and get them out to people. That poor cashier looked stressed and overwhelmed doing it with just himself and what seemed to be someone a part of management that was buzzing between helping him and doing drive through, but he handled his own and did a good job despite the circumstances! The milkshake machine also was down unfortunately, but they thankfully substituted my milkshakes for the strawberry lemonades instead which was super nice and a great accomdation!! I don’t often eat at Arby’s, but I really like this location!!

I thought my order was EXTREMELY easy! But I guess nit. I ordered #1 Original Classic, potato cakes and sweet tea. Ended up with a cold, slimmy, disgusting Beef & Cheddar. I now know why I don’t go to fast food restaurants.

I tried to order on-line but the system was down. We go to the store place and order at the drive thru. My husband orders our food and ask the young lady to cook everything fresh.. Nothing was hot. Very short with my husband. After everything he asked for her response was ‘ is that all’ not allowing him to complete his order without being interrupted. The food was not great tonight. Lukewarm at best.

I never leave comments or reviews but I have had enough of the Arby’s messing up my order. I didn’t receive my large fry or my large drink. $30 for an Uber Order to get just a sandwich. Absolutely uncalled for. Tried calling the restaurant and no one answered. The Uber driver was not at fault for this order!

This used to be my favorite spot. Fast service but the quality of food is poor. Grease doesn’t get changed often fries never taste fresh, I do good getting hot food. I’ve just about stopped going. I have stopped in a few times to see if anything changes but nope!

I love this location! The manager Dewana is beautiful inside, and outside and is oh so humble! The other employees are really nice too. Cedric for one at the drive thru window! They get a lot of business and do well to maintain a cheerful, and pleasant atmosphere! Do yourself a favor and go enjoy some good food and the smiles, and chatter of some good people

MOLD on my food! They refused to answer the phone. I have contacted the health department. The worker who served this should be fired. I don’t how this location avoids legal trouble.
