I’ve been going there for over two years. My last trips there was not pleasant. First time I didn’t receive my shrimp egg roll, the next time I ordered general Tsos chicken. It was over cooked and dry. I call the store to let them know. All I got was excuses. Not I’ll replace it I’m sorry, would you like to get something else. They will not except the customer is sometimes not satisfied. I will not be supporting them any longer. Because they are popular they can do no wrong. So 15.95 gone

I thought it was common knowledge not to use these kind of grill brushes, or any brush with this metal in general. Regardless of how it ended up there, I’d rather the next time I order my favorite food from my favorite place that it NOT have metal pieces in it . Food was super good though right before I chomped down on a piece of metal.

The owner of the Chinese store attitude has become increasingly rude. She is nothing at all like her aunt who used to own the Chinese store she used to work in. Her aunt was always very kind. To make matters worst the food is just okay at best. I was only still supporting this business because she’s literally right down the street. I will stick to going to the Paladium from now on better service and better food.

Some times this place is a hit or miss.. got the lunch special orange chicken and seems like it was all different kind of chickens from the day before ect sweet and sour chicken, grilled chicken pieces all mixed with orange chicken sauce….. yuk!!
