I can’t speak to the service or atmosphere, but I will assume both atleast equaled the food. To be fair I am being generous with the stars i’ve given.
I ordered the Hells Kitchen burger and added Bacon Cheese fries.
The fries were cooked well, but that’s about all, as I struggled to find bacon and though there was a cheese like substance it thinly coated the bottom of the container more than it did the fries.
And there was nothing Hellish about the burger at all, nothing noteworthy, just a fast food cheeseburger with some flavorless sauce and what looked like jalapeños (i checked twice because I couldn’t taste jalapeños).
I ordered the “Hell’s Kitchen burger” expecting a juicy cheese burger that would bring the heat. Not an unreasonable expectation given the name, but I disappointment and dissatisfaction instead. Not worth the money IMO!

Shi was horrendous. They use nacho cheese for everything and stale bread. Hotdogs look dry and overcooked. Ordered a burger and instead received some poor Philly cheesesteak slapped on some hard ahh bread

You can literally count in this photo the amount of fries I received. Am I being punked? This has to be a joke right? 16 pieces of fries. Not even whole fries for $6.99. this is the second time I have had issues with this business. Never again. Nathan’s famous mistakes/misleadings/failures. False advertising for sure!!!

Garbage. Don’t waste your money here. The shake cup was only half filled, every single item I ordered was wrong, except the chili cheese dog, but the bun was so stale you could barely chew through it. Oh, and the burger shows it’s a double in the pictures. It is not.

Order through uber eats already sketchy but wanted to try it, ordered a Philly cheese steak with no cheese because of an allergy and of course it came smothered in cheese. The food wasn’t the best quality it’s almost if you were to have never made anything off this menu before and try to make it yourself for the first time and just completely ruin it fries were half over done and half under done. The Philly cheese steak is plain and the cheese used for it is absolutely god awful. Chicken tenders definitely tasted like dennys tenders… whoopee. Just not the best for the price of the food 14 dollars for a Philly cheese steak smaller than a 6″ sub from subway. Definitely won’t be spending anymore time or money at this establishment.

Ordered 4 dogs cost me over $30 for items that i would never get again. The buns were super hard, the bun was twice the size of the dog and I had to open it all the way to even see it and when I did they didn’t even put the right toppers on they I ordered. Someone needs to fact check the whole “Famous” deal. You would be better off going to DQ and getting an actual good dog that’s not $8. These guys should just close down shop and rethink what they are doing. Don’t waste your time and money.

So gross. Didn’t know this is out if dennys which we never had issues with. This was worst food I’ve even gotten from a restaurant. Nothing like what’s advertised. 14 bucks for a Philly that’s chucks of dried out meat the chilling cheese dog was water cause on a dried out crusty yet soggy bun. The bread was rock hard expect where the raise made it soggy. The hot dog was rock hard and couldn’t cut through, I wouldn’t even give this to my dog it was so bad. I asked for all my money back. Do not waste money and time with this nasty food. Dennys should just stop selling it.

One of our boxes had a spider in it. The $7 order of onion rings came with 5 large ones total. One order was missing bacon we ordered. Burgers were fine, but definitely not worth what they charged.
