I’ve been coming to this papa John’s for about a year now consistently. I live and work relatively close to this area so i’m always at this location and I’ve noticed a DRAMATIC change in not only FOOD quality but, in customer service as well. seems The new managers Anthony and Tim are really pulling this place together!!!

Well, well, well ..look at ALL the 1⭐ reviews of this particular location over the course of weeks and months. Obviously this Papa John’s has a real problem of getting it right and customer NO service. This location, manager and district managers should resign and be fired for their numerous fumbles. I don’t think I have ever came across soo many 1 star reviews consistently over a long period which states that this location truly just doesn’t care.
Ordered through GrubHub and received the wrong pizza. Called the store and they said that I ordered through GrubHub so it is their responsibility. Clearly GrubHub doesn’t label the pizzas. Papa John’s does. Epic failure. Do us all a favor and just cease to exist. You got one job and you can’t even do it correctly.

I always come here to eat the foods always amazing they are currently under new management Anthony and Tim have really turned this place around they have cleaned it up a lot it smells better in here the food came out on time and the inside looks updated as well!

Their customer service skills are really terrible as soon as they pick up the phone they say hold and you’re talking to them and they have a attitude and you ask him a simple question and then they just come at you for no reason.

Ordered a pizza with extra sauce, I didn’t get it so I called and said the pizza I ordered was wrong. The lady I talk to said she made it and it wasn’t, so I told here they could come get it to check, she says ok and hangs up on my. I called back and talk to the manager and he offered to replace the pizza but I didn’t want her making my pizza again and ask for a refund. Manager was ok to talk to but other staff is clearly unprofessional and does not care about their job or the customer.
