My office placed an order for pickup. We got back to the office and 1 of the 4 sandwiches were missing. I called to get it rectified and the woman on the phone was awful! She accused me of lying about the missing item! When I asked for compensation, she said they were remaking the sandwich for free. Like no…I paid for a damn sandwich and didn’t get one! That’s not free! Give me a freaking break!! I had to send a different member of the team to pick it up, because my lunch break was over…it’s just not right and no way to do business.

Delivery took over an hour, I called to ask what was going on and was told “we only have 1 driver today”. No apology, but that’s fine, how about you let me know that when i’m ordering instead of 40 minutes after I order? I would not wait that long for a cold cut sandwich delivery.
Still took another 25 minutes until the driver calls and asks, gruffly, how to find my building. I (again) explain how to get to it, to which the response is something that could be best described as a grunt followed by hanging up on me. 5 minutes later, driver arrives and there is an item missing from the order. At this point i’ve had enough, take my cash back from the driver and cancel the order. I would love to say this is the first time this has happened here, but sadly, I’ve endured this torture by them before
I call the store to speak to the manager (who doesn’t provide his name) and inform him of the situation. It was such a pathetically unprofessional conversation I’m still having trouble wrapping my head around it. Manager seemed completely indifferent, as if this sort of thing happens all the time and he is just going through the motions (or he just doesn’t care).
I will NEVER order from this location ever again. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 10 minutes to just go to a different location, this one is beyond a joke

Unfortunately this was the only time I had a problem with my order and I wouldn’t be on here if it weren’t for the managers attitude. I had told him my sandwich was hard after having it delivered and he insisted that it was soft because he had just made it. I have braces and I’m normally fine with eating jimmyjohns but the bread was to hard for me to bite into it. The only way I could get a new one was if I drove there myself, so when I did I asked for a refund instead. I work in fast food and this is not the type of customer service I should have received especially from the manager himself.

Note, this visit was during COVID. I have only been here once while passing through town, but I had a good experience overall. My first impression is that the place was well kept. Next, I was pleasantly surprised at how well staffed they were. I was able to get in and out within 5 minutes. My sandwich was nice and tasty. I’d come back again if I were in the area.

Keep an eye out for unfriendly, unprofessional service AT THIS LOCATION. I asked if the payment went through because she didn’t provide a receipt—looked at me like If I had asked a disturbing question?(rolls her eyes continuously) Lol. Very Ugly character from cashier! Forgot to get her name. If you are having a bad day that doesn’t mean take it out on others; especially at work. It shows, A LOT. Do better…you’re making customers uncomfortable. Another job? Idk! ALSO, this store closes 30-40 min Early from times posted.

Ordered a slim tuna with cheese, walked out with a roast beef and cheese slim with cheese. Like magic I was the only one in the place.

I ordered for a party of 9 and upon delivery, we were missing 3 sandwiches. I called and explained the situation, they apologized and will deliver to us the 3 missing sandwiches. I figured no biggie…but when the delivery person arrived, there was only 2 sandwiches instead of 3. So they left and came back with the last missing sandwich but also gave us 2 oatmeal cookies when we ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies. At the end of the day, they messed up our order 3 times! They were freakishly fast at screwing up our orders ♂️
