The Dunkin’ at 51 E Main St is one of the best I’ve been to! The food is always hot and fresh, the drinks are made perfectly every time, and the service is outstanding.
Special shoutout to Parth — this guy is like The Flash! He’s incredibly fast, super friendly, and always makes sure your order is spot on. Even when it’s busy, he keeps things moving with a positive attitude and lightning speed.

Good Dunkin, the staff know what they’re doing and get your order as quick as possible. It’s a decent spot to do school work too if you want somewhere else to go besides your lecture hall. I stop in here if I’m about to fall asleep after class

Amazing place! Never been in a better Dunkin. I love going here. The employees are so nice and friendly. Sometimes they get busy and you’re waiting for your order but i give them praise because they are working hard to get everyone’s order out in time.I love this dunkin because i feel more welcomed in this dunkin than any other dunkin i went to.
The place is extra clean, they check restrooms regularly, cleaning trash cans instantly. They always ask if you need you need anything extra.

I had to change my rating and review after new staff started working here. I used to get coffee from this place on a regular basis; however, the coffee is now very poor. I don’t understand how they manage to make such bad coffee every time. Once you visit other Dunkin’ locations, you realize just how bad the coffee here is.
The reception area is also always crowded, with staff members chatting among themselves.
The only advantage is that the location is convenient for university staff and students. I really wish the old employees would come back and make good coffee again.
