I ordered 11 pizzas. The person that took my order overcharged me. He did not know what the cost was for a one one topping pizza. I had to pull up the website to show him the cost. He then called over his manager to fix the problem and she had to call somebody else on the phone. Meanwhile this took about 20 minutes or more. I was credited the difference of the overcharge.
When my statement for my credit card came they charged me more than what my receipt was for.
My original receipt was $181.13
Then they gave me a credit of $21 because they overcharged me when I ordered the pizza.
Now I get my statement from the credit card company and it shows they charged me $ $199.24 .
A difference of $18.11
So I am disputing the charge difference.

We ordered delivery. It took 45 minutes to get it which I understand as it was New Years day it dinner time. My problem was at wasn’t very warm when we got it and the crust was a little burned. Also I don’t know if you changed the crust or the sauce but it doesn’t taste as good as it used to. I hate to say it but I prefer little cars are now.

We ordered a medium one topping pizza and a small order of breadsticks. When I got home, I noticed they overcharged me a bit but when I called the manager, Gabby took care of it right away. I love Pizza Hut, very nostalgic flavors from the chewy pan crust, to the buttery stuffed crust. The staff here are really friendly. I just do not understand why they won’t deliver to my house, 10 mins and less than 5 miles away. Other pizza places further away will. So I took off one star for bad delivery, but the food and service are great.

We have never ordered from here before, but just ordered a pizza for delivery. It’s a Saturday so I fully expected it to be an hour at least to receive my order. The driver pulled in about 20-25 minutes after my order was placed. Super impressed with the speed and accuracy of our order. Will be ordering again. Thank you!

We went in between 12:30pm and 1pm. The lady at the counter was AWESOME!!! For real, by far, the best customer service we have experienced!!! I was clearly overwhelmed with my kids today, apologizing for my 5yo just not stopping anything and she was so kind! While we waited she brought them each plenty of coloring pages and crayons to keep them occupied! The food was wonderful as well. Thank you! Thank you so much for making that part of my day a bit easier! I will definitely come back in the future for our days out!
