Absolutely LOVE this location. I get the same exact drink everytime (Brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso), I used to get the matcha with lavender cold foam when it was available and they’re both ALWAYS ACCURATE and CONSISTENT. I know it’s just coffee but it’s so refreshing to order something and get exactly what you were craving/wanted. The employees are always pleasant, nice and patient, even after witnessing them deal with rude and difficult customers. The Starbucks near my house in Orlando and the surrounding locations do not have this consistency so this location is refreshing and the drinks always taste 100% better. Whatever management and the employees are doing, keep doing it!

I’ve been coming to this location for about a year since moving to St. Cloud. It’s one of the best Starbuck’s that I’ve found in the Orlando area. The staff is always great and customer centered. I love to drink my coffee in the mugs they offer for those staying in the dining area and work on writing projects for a hour or two.

Customer service was terrible I order a pink drink I got nothing but pure ice. Highly disappointed I also order a mango fresher got nothing but ice as well. I won’t be returning back to this location

Oh wow, what an experience at this Starbucks today. I placed my order on the app like a normal human being, showed up, and apparently walked straight into The Drama Queen and the expresso machine lady, starring the gentleman behind the counter and his co-star at the espresso machine.

While customers were waiting, these two were busy chatting, laughing, and doing everything except their actual job. I asked about my drink—spoiler alert: they didn’t even have the ticket printed yet. Shocking, I know.

And after realizing they were behind, did they hustle? Of course not. They just went right back to the conversation, because clearly whatever gossip was happening behind the counter was WAY more important than the customers who came for… you know… coffee.

If you’re looking for fast service, efficiency, or even basic acknowledgment, maybe try literally any other Starbucks. This one is apparently a social club now.

This review is to make the personnel aware of their behavior and maybe they can educate themselves on what true customer service is. We are not the enemy. We know that dealing with customers is not an easy task. My wife and I went to purchase a Venti Ice Pecan Hot Latte through the drive thru. It tasted like pure milk, if there was coffee in there, it didn’t taste like it. My wife went inside the store to address the way the drink tasted. The reception was very unprofessional. She was told that she was being disruptive and disturbing the peace and was even kicked out. We are locals and have bought at this location multiple times. We are very disappointed and have begun to tell everyone not to do business there. The situation could have been handled better. We are not trouble makers. We are not looking for anything for free. I believe they could have just given her a little more coffee or offer a refund. My wife was offered more coffee but at an extra cost. What triggered the whole situation to go south really fast was the attitude of the employee. Listening and not just hearing someone speak goes a long way. Educate yourselves on the difference. Also learn to respond and not react.

Today around 9:05 a.m., I went through the drive-thru and had a poor experience. The person taking my order was rude and sighed while speaking, which was unprofessional. How can someone be so rude when it’s simply taking an order for one drink?
If a person is unhappy in the job they do, they should not take it out on customers or make the company look bad because of their own dissatisfaction. A simple apology or polite tone could have corrected this. This is usually our daily Starbucks stop, but lately the service and attentiveness have been lacking. We’ll be going to the other Starbucks down the road moving forward.

Our order was placed online. After we showed up when it was suppose to be ready, we waited 23 minutes to get a refresher. After it was made they allowed it to sit on the wrong side of the counter and never made it to the pick up station. I was ignored standing at the counter. No one spoke to me or asked if they could help. Finally after I asked them do you have my order ,I could see it sitting on the back make counter. They handed it over. Offered no apologies not a remake or anything. It was watered down and looked terrible. For the price of lemonade and strawberry mixed together the service should be top notch. This was not. Poorly trained staff and poor customer service. They didnt care at all. They seemd disoriented and had no clue what was going on. It wasn’t busy about 3 people In. The lobby and a constant drive thru. However drive thru I could see it was one drink per vehicle basically. Im not a fan. Im unhappy spending any money there. The girl at the counter for pickup wasn’t polite or even really available. She ignored everyone unless they came and specifically asked her for something. Non responsive and not attentive. I would be unhappy if I was the owner of this location. Take a deep look into training and personalities that you hire.
