Having not bought takeaway pizza for many years we decided to have pizza for a birthday evening. What a huge disappointment. The pizzas were lacking a decent quantity of toppings as shown online & from what I remember from many years ago with pizzas from the Pizza Hut. The crust was a the traditional crust but was dry. The toppings on all 3 pizzas was thin. Never again.

This place used to be great with top notch service. Over the last year, every order I make the experiences and delivery wait times are just getting worse and worse to the point of not recommending or wanting to order from this store again. Every time I try and call the 131166 number it is says it’s connecting me to the store but after a few seconds it claims no one is answering and they will notify the store I called but I get no call backs or anything, quite pathetic service from Pizza Hut as whole with that issue. I paid $3.00 for an upgraded Pepperoni Lovers Pizza tonight to make it an ***EPICPepperoni*** but only got a basic Pepperoni Pizza with half the Pizza only having 10 slices of Pepperoni on it (I wish I took a photo now…).

If only you could actually deliver what is ordered….. seems like pizza places in Mackay are in a race to the bottom, maybe the manager and the workers visit Roscos pizza in Rockhampton one day will you and see how it should be done!
