Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Tofu in spring rolls tasted off, food was obviously not fresh. Pho was so salty it was inedible, and also came with the tiniest portion of meat. Person working was not friendly either

Simple place with simple food. The prices are average. I tried the chicken vermicelli and it was good. Both soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. Also another odd thing was lack of napkins holders on the table.

I have been going here since they first opened and V-Nam Bistro is my favorite place for vermicelli bowls and pho. The ingredients are super fresh and they use shredded romaine instead of iceberg lettuce in their vermicelli bowls. Love the flavors of their meats and the broth they make for their pho! The people that own this restaurant are just wonderful.

The pho was decent, with well-seasoned broth (a little on the sweet side) and above-average noodles. The brisket was good, and the vegetable pho came with a generous portion of vegetables. The rice rolls were average. While not exceptional, it’s good enough that I’d visit again.

Amazing experience! The food was soooo good. I love the atmosphere and music. I went on a Friday night and it was not busy… it should be! It’s so good here!

Place is clean and neat. A good place to dine, seats are limited due to the floor space. Payment are made upon ordering before seating. The food portion is reasonable and fresh, not the usual American portion. The egg roll is crispy, pork is well marinated and not too salty, noodle texture is done right.

We stopped in after shopping at IKEA.
Service is somewhere between casual self serve and table service. I guess that’s what they have to do these days to make it work.
The food was great. We enjoyed it all. Everything came out hot and quickly.
I like the pho with extra vegetables and ny son enjoyed the chicken from the kids menu.

We decided to try a new Pho place and stopped at V-Nam Bistro. This is a place where one orders at the counter, pays and gets food brought to the table. That being said, the seating could be limited. I ordered shrimp summer roll and Pho with Steak and Brisket. The roll was good; the Pho’s broth was average but the brisket was excellent… We were even joking that the brisket tasted like was from Rudy’s BBQ . Mostly likely for my next visit, I’ll stick to Brisket only Pho.

I liked my dish! I got the simple marinated chicken on rice with garnish. I loved it. It was very simple, but exactly what I wanted. My husband liked his banh mi, but would go for regular pork next time, and not get it with this BBQ sauce that he said didn’t really go perfectly with the rest of the meal.
Why I’m a little meh about this place is that I used the restroom and the light switch plate and back of the door were covered in grime. All they need to do is use some magic eraser and it should come up no problem, but it was a little off-putting.

Simple, delicious dishes. The pho is great for this chilly weather, and the lemongrass beef is seasoned really well. Their owner is also very kind!
