Came in to get a sub while waiting for the bus, and had the most pleasant experience! The lovely lady working the counter was gracious, welcoming, and helpful. Sandwich was delicious and the restaurant was very clean.

Food is amazing but the staff is a little rude.
Didn’t catch his name but I heard the short guy with a beard saying that he hates it when “freaking people never know what they want” and the girl with the tattoos rushes people to pick the toppings quickly by making a gesture with her hand. Other than that, the place is good.

The service was excellent. The food was inedible. Not because the workers made it badly, it’s just not good! The cold brew shake tasted like maple syrup the sandwich itself was badly seasoned and the aioli was foul, beyond disgusting!!!! The price was abhorrent! Wasted almost $30 for a sandwich and a shake that are inedible and disgusting.

About five people from our company came to lunch here today and I was left with the impression that we owed the employees something. Everyone in the assembly line was rude and annoyed at taking our orders and acted like we should automatically know what we wanted and not dare to bother them with questions.
If their work environment is so bad and they hate their job so much, I would look for somewhere else to work—maybe not in customer service.
Soup was good and sandwiches mediocre. We were here October 23rd around 12.

same dirty knife to cut and fold every sandwich.. quickly dipping it in hot water without caring if it’s actually clean. my sandwich tastes like the 5 orders in front of me. what a waste of food and money. i watched as condiments and mystery meat juice were swiped from that knife right into the center of my sandwich and knew I cant come back.

I went here to pick up lunch a week ago and got a BLT sandwich. The staff was kind and helpful during the order process. Prices were a too high for the value, similar to many other spots downtown.
The reason I chose to write a review is because while I was eating my sandwich, I bit down on something I at first though was a tough piece of meat, turns out it was actually some sort of plastic wrapper which I thankfully didn’t swallow. I prefer to handle this directly with the business, however, I left feedback on Potbelly’s website over a week ago about this and have not received a meaningful response. All I got was a voicemail saying “This is ***** from Potbelly, call me back.” I left the number a voicemail less than 10 minutes later and never heard from them again.
When somebody finds plastic in their food, especially a bag that poses a choking hazard, management needs to handle the situation more attentively than this.
