I visit this Starbucks often to tutor, and I’ve never had a single negative experience here. I honestly wish it were closer to my home! The staff is consistently friendly and hardworking. Every drink is crafted with care and integrity, never rushed just to get it done. Their work ethic truly stands out. After moving from NY, I’ve noticed that many places don’t prioritize customer service but this Starbucks is different. The team here is polite, professional, and genuinely makes customers feel valued. Keep doing what you’re doing because it makes me want to keep coming back!

I waited 14 mins for my drink.When my order was taken there was 1man ahead of me. However rather than the girl that was making the drinks make the man’s before mine and me she took six more orders.4 of those drinks got made before mine. Then the man before me came up and asked if there was an issue making his drink. She said the same thing she told me three different times I’m making yours now. I’ve never had to wait this long at any Starbucks. And I don’t think I’ll be back.If you decide to stop for a visit be prepared to wait.. and they don’t make your drinks in the order that they took them.

I order from here all the time & always get the same thing. My drink is never full & they use cold foam for more than half the drink to make it look full…lazy. Additionally, I always have to remind them to warm up my pastries(after politely ordering them warmed up) & they give an attitude over it. If you’re not going to do it right the first time the least you can do is be nice about it, especially for how much Starbucks costs.

Hate to be that person but customers deserve the service they pay for. I’ve let it slide many times but it gets to a point

This is THE WORST Starbucks I have been to. I ordered a coffee, they didn’t put the lid on it all the way but filled it to the brim.
It spilled on my wife and her car seat, and tasted like it had Splenda in it. I parked, walked in, and explained and asked to switch it. They made me a new coffee, charged me for it, then wouldn’t give me a refund for the full coffee.
I said, I’ll just call customer service and have them refund it. The guy said okay, you can do that.

I haven’t been back to a starbucks since. No wonder they’re losing business.

The last few times we have been there seems like the employees are running around like chickens without their heads on. Waiting 20 minutes for an almost 7 dollar coffee is insane. On top of it only to realize that they got the order wrong. You need tk train your employees how to comprehend a simple iced vanilla latte. Shouldn’t be this difficult. Again, I looked the other way the last 2 times because, things happen. The Third time is a pattern.

My order has been made wrong the last 10 visits. No one bothers putting in the sugar or taking the time to actually make the order correctly. Paid for but missing flavor shot etc. Every single time. It’s a bummer.

We stopped here on our way from Florida to Charlotte. It’s about a couple of miles from the exit.
Brand new development, plenty of parking, huge Starbucks, one men and women bathroom. Was clean, washbasin was not clean.
Food and service was good. Very energetic and young staffs. We enjoyed it. When asked for less ice, the barista showed some attitude but maybe she had a bad day.
We saw the world golf village with hall of fame stuff. It was interesting. Costco and buc-ee’s are right on this exit too.

The last couple of months this place has changed. The drinks are very inconsistent and more often than not awfully bitter and unsweet. At this point it is a complete waste of money coming here because the drink more often than not is awful and nothing what so ever appealing to the drink. The espresso just seems old and bitter so why pay $7 for a surprise?

This location microwaves the food literally to death. My sausage egg and cheese was not edible. I noticed other sandwiches going out that were so badly microwaved that the cheese nearly completely disappeared. slow service too.
