We are in town for the weekend and stumbled upon this gem in a time when most other seasonal spots are closed. We were happily welcomed in by Jim, who shook my hand and introduced ourselves. He got us a table and chatted for a few. Super nice dude! We were waited on by one of the servers/bartenders and ordered a few things that were delicious by the way! But after our meal, Jim came back and offered our kids ice cream sandwiches on the house. Foot was great, drinks were good and service was spectacular. Definitely stop in if you’re in town!

A great selection of food to choose from!
My husband and I went today and dined in for lunch. My husband had a delicious hamburger cooked to perfection. I got the fish sandwich and clam chowder from the lent specials!

Food is good and prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and atmosphere wise they did a good job with a small space. Tight parking. Handicap accessible.

this place has 5 star bar food and potentially the best steak tips on the south shore…it’s a dive bar vibe and i usually get takeout, so i can’t comment on eating-in but the staff is friendly, the kitchen efficient and the cook always gives a smile when i pick up my order

The place itself is small, but the atmosphere was great. The food and staff were even better. The only reason for the 4 stars on the atmosphere is because of the size of the seating. They were very accommodating with my 3yr daughter. I will definitely be visiting this establishment again.

Local bar/restaurant with outstanding wait staff. Great service. Known for their fried seafood. I love the seafood casserole loaded with shrimp, scallops and haddock in a sherry based cream sauce. Not shy of calories, but delicious

Ate during the Newport boat show. Ordered clam chowder and the kale & radicchio salad which was outstanding!! Also ordered the special which was a lobster BLT. It was also excellent in flavor. However the lobster was shredded (like a crab cake). Esthetically I think it would have looked better if there was a small piece of lobster in the sandwich. The server and atmosphere were great and the restaurant was well staffed. Highly recommend!

We only get takeout, so I’m not going to comment on the atmosphere but I have always had a pleasant over the phone order. The food has always been ON POINT. My family & I get food here often. Get the Chocolate Lava Cake. You will not regret it. I consider it “Self-Care”, lol!!
