No food prepared. Chicken was burnt and the food line looked like it went through a couple storms. Brown rice and white rice being mixed in the same bowl. Signature items all sold out. No sense of urgency drive through having to take food from off hot line to set ice drive through. Will not visit this location again.

I had an interesting experience here… Placed an order online and went inside to pick it up. I did have to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order. There was a man there that was recording staff and screaming at them because he had been waiting for his food for 15 minutes. He said he would make sure they were all fired. They told him he needed to leave or they would call the police. I felt so bad for the employees because it was a lunch rush and they kept running out of everything. They apologized to me for the long wait on my order. Unfortunately when I opened my food it was missing a few things I had ordered. I will probably go back but order in person next time.

Normally, I have no problems with this Chipotle. But the last 2 times I ordered here, I’ve been disappointed. Last week, I ordered a burrito, and it was half the size that they normally are. I figured I would let it go as mistakes happen, no big deal.
Today, I ordered a burrito bowl and a side of chips. After waiting in the Chipotlane for 15 minutes, I got my food and left. When I checked my food, they completely forgot my side of chips and only filled about half of the bowl. As someone who used to work in the food service industry, I understand that mistakes happen, and when things get busy, it can be difficult to get things right sometimes. But when it becomes a recurring problem, it gets old.

It’s not as bad as all the reviews say it is… At least not for me! I had no issues using the app to order, I went down Chipotlane, when I pulled up to the window my food was ready to go! Don’t forget to ask for your drink! The pictures will show you some takeout items from Chipotle!

COLD food. I did a pickup order through the Chipotlane. Everything was great except the temperature of the food.
All tacos felt like they had come from a refrigerator.
It was odd, they were all wrapped in foil too, so there should have been a little warmth. I picked up as soon as it was ready and opened within minutes.

Everything was clean and our service was amazing. Macy helped us out, she was so kind and accommodating. She was very attentive to all guests that were coming in. Give her a raise and keep her in the front of the house

The food isn’t bad but I’m not sure if it’s staffing or new management but the last 6 months months the service has gotten extremely slow. If you order your drive through food you better carve out 30-40 minutes of your day. Like i said I’m sure it’s not the employees fault maybe it’s just low staff something has got to change.

As soon as i walked in I was greeted with a rude gaze like I was bothering them. Afterwards when I went to order I simply chose a chicken bowl with sofritas, guac, and small fountain drink and mind u this was when they offered $6 for the bowls. I thought the final price would come out to 12-15 dollars but it came out to a whopping $18.44!!!! ALMOST $20. I did the math and even reordered online and got it for 14.46 online this doesn’t make sense. I got over charged for no absaloutle reason with bad service. I am deeply upset and dissapointed.

Literally the worst food experience of my life. Food itself was good but I was there for an hour waiting for my food. So ridiculous. I didn’t get her name, but the tall blonde was so nice and kept checking in on us and our order. That was the only good thing about the place.
