A local gem, good food, good service, good value! Takeout or eat in. (If next door is too noisy it’s close enough to use their wifi for doing work too!) The orange chicken is VERY orangey and a favorite of other family members, but the basil fried rice is my favorite.

The food is made with fresh ingredients. The chicken in their meals is actually chicken breast! Ming’s menu is varied with several very interesting, tasty, choices; Pineapple fried rice & Szechuan scallops, to name a few. The portions are HUGE too! Finally, the service is always polite friendly and uplifting. The only thing that I’ve ever questioned is that the food is not spicy. I had a meal spiced to three peppers once, and I wondered if I needed to have told them six! Some may consider this moderate a plus though! I had been searching for a go to Chinese restaurant- Ming’s is it!!

This place is the best! The food is delicious and the portions are perfect. We had the Crispy Beef, Moo Shu Pork, Vegetable Lo Mein, and Hot & Sour Soup. Everything was so good. Their food is not as salty as most places, which I appreciate because I can add salt/sauce to taste. There is a better proportion of meat/vegetables to noodles/rice than other restaurants. This is the best Chinese place in the area by far.

I don’t know how this place has 4.7 stars because this was one the worst Chinese food places we’ve eaten at. Not much sauce on my soggy general tso chicken. The upcharged “fried” rice is NOT fried as you can see in the photo. Lo mein was just meh. The egg roll was decent though. Overall, it was not good though and very lackluster. We will not be back.

This is very good Chinese food and we have been coming here since they opened. The service has always been great and the owners are super nice. A few good dishes recommended are the sesame chicken, egg foo young, chicken sticks and dumplings. I would recommend you giving it a try! You will enjoy it.
UPDATE**I originally posted a while back saying how much me and my family loved this place. I literally order chicken sticks twice a week and lately, the chicken on a stick have decreased in size SIGNIFICANTLY. Me and my son ordered in to eat there a few weeks ago and the owner brought out chicken sticks to us and told us “I’m sorry the chicken sticks are so small. I told the kitchen not to do that anymore” the proper thing to do would bring us a new order or give us a coupon for the next time. Just this past week, I ordered take out chicken sticks and two of the chicken sticks looked like they had a chicken nugget attached to it. I was extremely disappointed as there is no consistency with the chicken sticks. I may give them another chance, but I’m afraid they may never get it right again when we first started ordering there. I’ve given them a lot of business, but I’m at a point now I may be looking for a new place that serves chicken sticks. I hope management sees this and gets it right or offers to do something for us loyal customers.

We have had a hard time finding a Chinese restaurant that we like in the Manassas/Bristow area, until now! Ming’s Cafe is tasty and does it right. We ordered online and had it delivered through Beyond Menu. It was easy to order, and track the order. They delivered on time, and fairly quickly, and all the items were as ordered. FINALLY, a Chinese restaurant we can recommend!
