My wife likes it ,but I think it’s white washed and a couple times I went they were out of meat and the wait was 20 minutes. I wouldnt come here it’s not for me but I do once in a great while for my wife .

Walked in establishment around 5:50pm to 6:10pm 11/06/2025. I smiled and mentioned I had a pick up. The employee went to get order, mugged me completely with an attitude like if he didn’t want to be there at work. Apparently all 5 employees were chatting instead of doing their duties . According to my wife, she saw them making gestures and mocking me through the window!

If I could out no stars I would. The worse experience I had at a Chipotle. Ordered food online said it would be ready around 745pm. I asked how long will it take they said it will be 15-20 mins because on orders backed up. I understand that but after waiting 30 mins I asked again and they said 15-20 mins again. I told them I waited 30 mins the last time they said that. But I waited again and still my food wasn’t ready. I counted at least 50 to 60 people came in and ordered before I even got my food. You had employees on the main line have no one in line and just standing there when they could be helping out the online orders.
Once I got my food I checked it and my whole order was wrong and way under portioned for what I’m paying them for. One I ordered extra chicken and usually I always see the extra chicken but when I opened it. They were hardly any in my bowl. Another one looked like it was going to feed a bird instead of an adult. Pictures added as proof. THIS CHIPOTLE NEEDS TO CLOSE, REGROUP, AND PRACTICE MORE.

This was one of the cleanest chipotles I have ever been to. The staff was super friendly and very helpful in making our burrito bowls. We will definitely be coming back here in the area. Thank you so much for your hospitality and I appreciate your restrooms being very clean and you cleaning every bit of the restaurant religiously. When there were no customers or only a handful of customers or no orders currently being placed the staff constantly kept cleaning. This goes to show that they are on their feet and active about the cleanliness.

Pulled up to Chipotle in Los Banos, thinking I was about to have a mewing session while enjoying my bowl. But nah, the vibe was straight up Ohio energy—no chips, like seriously? That’s like showing up for a gooning sesh and forgetting your Looksmaxx routine. Total L.
And then they hit me with the ‘sorry, can’t eat inside’ news. So there I was, stuck in my car, trying to max out my jawline while eating a chip-less bowl, feeling like I got banished to the middle of nowhere.
The food? It was mid at best. Chipotle, you gotta step it up. I’m trying to Looksmaxx my life, not deal with this low-key Ohio experience.

Went in today, they got some rude, entitled and disrespectful women working there. They obviously forgot they are working in service and at the very least they should have manners and common courtesy towards their customers. No customers no job people, get it together! Then again management is who hires these disrespectful people to go have no respect for military personnel… shame.

By far the worst Chipotle ever. The last 6 times I’ve stop by they have been out of one or more ingredients. Portions smaller than anywhere. Poorly managed. Understaffed. Garbage blocked off with paper bags every single time. Atmosphere is that of a high school party with 20+ year old students. This place sucks.

I have been a Chipotle customer for many years, today I had my worst experience, $19 dollars for a salad that only had 4 pieces of chicken and more than half the bowl full of lettuce that does not seem to be fresh, plus they do not have sour cream, they say they ran out, I did not take guacamole because it looked black, and to finish my lemonade tasted like I don’t know what, in the end I think this is as far as I go.
