Only received half of my order. Called and told me they had a busy day and if I wanted the rest of my order I had to come in the atore and pick it up even though I paid a delivery fee. Wont refund my money and they just want to leave it as credit.

I asked for delivery and I’ve gotten pizza through them for over 30yrs but the manager stated that they changed the mileage on delivery said couldn’t deliver over 13 miles and I used Google maps it says it’s just 11 miles from Pembroke store to my house, the manager lied and was dis honest I think he should be fired and I can show it publicly that he lied !! 4real for 4 real he doesn’t deserve his position anyone that would lie to a loyal customer should be fired and not have a job either God hates liars

Online ordering was a breeze. Pickup was even quicker. The page let me know when my order was ready, and I let them know I was otw inside using their page. It was on the counter ready as soon as I walked in the door. However, the quality of the food and accuracy of my order are not something to brag on. One pizza was burnt, and the other was missing a key ingredient I asked for (onions).

Our daughter ordered pizzas for a fun day for her school on Friday, May 2. She ordered in advance and spoke with Jason, the manager. Our church was sponsoring the pizzas for their May Day fun day. We are a small rural church and wrote a check for the quoted price for our daughter’s administration to pick up the pizzas at 11:00am. The price quoted on the phone by the manager was for 40 pizzas, plus a gluten-free pizza. When the manager asked for payment it was for almost double the quoted amount. Thankfully, it was adjusted, but did not include the gluten-free pizza. The assistant principal had to pay separately for that pizza. Very disappointed in the service today, but hopefully our next event will be a better experience.
We are thankful for domino’s in Pembroke. We have ordered from them previously and have been well pleased with their service, their prices, and their cooperation to help us with large orders. Unforgettable, today’s service was not one of the best experiences.

I ordered hand tossed on both pizza and got thin crust and I ordered extra icing and never got it plus this is def not the first time they messed up it’s happening more and more now and I understand places are under employeed and stressed but ur also getting paid to do what u do so This is jus crazy it’s as simple as reading the board for what to do at that point u just don’t care

Horrible costumer service. White girl with Freckles steady rolling her eyes making loud noises at customers. Two of the ladies are not using gloves to prepare food. And when I ordered the food she said it would be $14 and some change but when I get here she charges me a dollar over the price that she said it would be. The order took longer than they said. Using profanity. The guys were a great help. BaUt Using the N word. This is not acceptable need new workers

Pizza is consistently bad. Whether it’s the sauce and cheese thrown on one part of the pizza with most of it being bread, or the middle of the pizza being so soggy you can’t pick up the pieces because the middle of the crust is stuck to the box. I have never received a good pizza from the dominoes here.
