This used to be my favorite first stop when I get on the island… But this year, something changed…$40+ for a bland key lime pie, did the recipe change? It was all sweetened condensed milk and no lime. No kick, no fun. Such a disappointment. I couldn’t rally to try another one to see if it was just a bland batch, but I did hope so…

Delicious selection of pies and cookies. $10 for 6″ pie and $20 for the 12″. Definitely got to try the Lemon Meringue and the Key lime Pies.

I recently tried the pie from Pie Chicks, and I have to say, it was a bit of a letdown, especially considering the $38 price tag. While the pie was decent, it didn’t stand out compared to other pies I’ve had. In fact, Corning’s and Stop and Shop pies, which cost only $15, taste just as good, if not better. For nearly three times the price, I expected something exceptional, but unfortunately, Pie Chicks didn’t deliver. Save your money and get the same quality for a fraction of the cost elsewhere.

Stop 3 on our State Rd morning bakery tour! When I say fresh baked goods, I mean warm right out of the oven scones. Great service from who I would assume are the Pie Chicks. Good patio seating area to enjoy their wares. Only complaint was that there wasn’t more to try – was really counting on this place to have an abundance of baked fruit desserts, like small tarts, jam cookies, mini pies for a single serving – the large pies looked excellent but were more than a baked good tourist could manage at this stage in the game.

I am in my 3rd decade of eating gluten free (NOT by choice) and I have to say your gluten free pies and cookies are by far the most DEE-LISH-US I have ever encountered. For me the treat is definitely worth the price! Keep up the good work!

Omg yum!!! I’m eating the key lime pie as I write this and I’m absolutely blown away. How do I stop after 1 piece??! It’s beyond tasty. I’ve had just about every pie they sell and they are all extremely good. If you are a pie lover you will appreciate their pies. Not fake nasty glunky stuff… it’s all super high quality ingredients.

Whew. Love LOVE this pie. Have stopped buying them one at a time because of the speed at which they disappear. The other baked goods are excellent. But you must try the pie. Probably top three crusts of my life and I am from the south. We also stop by before heading back to the ferry and take a few off island and they freeze well extending the joy for months to come. Treat yourself!

Wish I read Len’s review before visiting. He or she was spot on. It’s very meh. Not going to complain about the ridiculous pricing because that is the way of this island but there are so many other much better bakeries. I recommend you drive further up state road towards west tisbury to the Scottish Bakehouse. Much better stuff.
Can’t reply to you but I did give your service 4 stars because it was great. Glad we can agree on one thing. You be well as well.

Bummer to drive all the way because their Google listing says they’re open only to find that they’re closed and the sign on the door says “Mostly open, sometimes closed.” Please update your hours.

We had the bourbon pecan chocolate pie and it was top three moments of my life. I could birth only Olympic athletes from here on and this pie would trump every one of those gold medals.
