This is an $11 “Caesar salad”. It contained one piece of red onion, the end of the lettuce, and enough stale croutons for 5 salads. The parm tasted A LOT like it came out of a shaker can in an old fridge. Also pictured is the $3 worth of bacon on the $13 hamburger.

I have never been to the shuffle and wanted to try one of the restaurants. I am mad at myself because I should have read the reviews of the different restaurants before grabbing a burger. I got the standard brown dog burger. Clearly not a smash burger with a crust as advertised. Ultra thin limp bacon and pretty dry. Fries below average. I’m sure I would have had a better experience trying a different restaurant. However, I’m not rushing down to the Shuffle any time soon.

Visited on a Saturday for lunch and ordered a basic cheeseburger. I will say, the burgers were more of a classic diner burger, not a smashburger. Also, the lettuce on the burger was chopped romaine instead of a leaf lettuce which threw me off. I feel like with a few adjustments they could improve a lot. For one, they offer like 3 or 4 strange french fry seasonings/styles when they should simply offer either classic fries with salt and pepper or a french fry with their house seasoning blend. The burger patty itself was great, but the bun was wider than the burger – would make more sense with an actual smashburger. Additionally, they advertise boozy shakes but you have to get your liquor from the bar, it’s not a great system. I think they should just offer shakes and have the bar advertise the ‘boozy’ addition. Otherwise a great burger and staff was very nice, took the time to explain the menu, and brought my food out directly to me since we sat right next to the booth. I totally ate the whole tray of food so although I have suggestions, it’s a filling lunch. They also offer ice cream and non-dairy ice cream options that my family really enjoyed.

While I do enjoy Lansing Shuffle, this was not a good experience. I only ordered Truffle Fries and waited nearly 25 minutes only after I went up to the counter to ask about them. They were sitting on a shelf in the kitchen, probably for at least 10 minutes since they were just barely warm when I received them. I placed my order at 4:42pm and did not receive them until I went up to the counter at 5:05pm.

They get 2 stars for the presentation but the cost is outrageous. With an 18% tip, this was $57 dollars… for a food court setting, I was mind blown at the cost. Fries were cold and way too salty. Milkshake was almost $10 and was pretty much melted/warm? Standard grilled cheese and chicken sandwich.

Burger was not worth nearly the price. Fries were cold and instead of calling them “fudge covered fries” they call them “browndog fries” with no explanation at the kiosk. My “shake” was ice cream in a cup with a straw stuck in it. After one bite of the burger, no sips on the shake (impossible to do anyway) no fries eaten (my wife had one and exclaimed “they have *fudge* on them” disgustedly) I took the food back to the counter and politely asked for a refund. The manager told me no, that because the nasty cold fudge covered were “made to order” that I couldn’t get my money (or $4 tip) back. $34 to not get any food.

Just an FYI this is what you get when you order their fries. These are the habanero fries and they are not worth $8.75. Irie Smoke Shack across the floor has much better quality fries for a lot less.
