Today Gringos BBQ was on the menu. I tried a nice sample of ribs, brisket, sausage, potato salad, cowboy beans, and banana pudding. It was just me so it was a small sampling. If you love spice you have to give them a try. This stuff was good! I enjoyed the spice in thier sauce. Ribs were fall off the bone tender. I liked the way they kept a half rack all together and not cut into individual ribs. The smoke ring on the brisket showed that someone had spent time and gave this brisket the love it deserves. The sides were equally on point as their meats. Of course Paris Delivery was on the job for the delivery. I look forward to my next BBQ experience with Gringos BBQ.

We sat outside, only complaint is it’s right next to the road so kind of loud .
Can skip the Mac n’ cheese as it’s pretty soupy, but the cowboy beans are a must.

We enjoyed stopping here to eat on our way through Paris. Gringos is worthy of the trip to eat their tender chopped brisket and ribs! The Cowboy beans are amazing with peppers, meat and onions We bought extra to go! The people are so friendly. It’s always nice when they ask if all is well! I highly recommend you get there early before they sell out each day!

Phat phils was one of my fav places to eat while in Paris. I had the brisket sandwich with spicy BBQ sauce….sooooo delicious.Get the cowboy beans and the banana pudding you won’t regret it. I was only able to eat there a couple times but trust me the food was great. The staff was also very nice.

We had amazing Texas BBQ here on our way to New Orleans. It was so good the kids asked if we could stop by again on our way home!! The service was also very good and friendly! Can’t wait to come back again soon

Phat Phil’s BBQ is amazing!! This was our first visit so we went with the MOAB sandwich… brisket AND sausage… Then the owners were so nice as to give us some ribs to try… Wow!!! Fantastic ribs. To top it off we had banana pudding… home made… I would make the 2 hour drive just for the pudding!! The staff was great!! Very friendly!! They have a drive up window or you can eat inside or outside under a shelter. It appears the location used to be a gas station long ago. Wonderful use of the space. It is really a fantastic business!!
Please be aware that they may run out of food prior to closing time. At 2pm on a Saturday they were already out of pulled pork and I got their last banana pudding. So, I recommend coming as early as possible to avoid missing out on their delicious food. I am definitely coming back and bringing more family.
