If you’re pulling in based off GPS do not follow waze or google…keep going down until you get to the one way bridge. Food is good. It was not my favorite place here. Burgers here are good for a quick bite, however there was nothing really special about them. The sweet potato fries though were phenomenal. They have live musicians come in and I can see it being a nice place to hang out and experience the vibe.

Good little place with a great bar and good food. The food is good but don’t expect it to be top notch, remember where you are. But it’s definitely worth eating at. The burger was good, boneless wings not bad. Their fries are where they shine. EXCELLENT fries! Forget to get a photo of them. They said an hour wait for food but it came in 20ish minutes. Give TOADS a shot!

Family of four adults on trip to the Red River Gorge, Sept. 25-27, 2025. Ate supper at Toad’s on Friday, Sept. 26 AND lunch on Saturday, Sept. 27. Located in the back corner of the 4 Guys RV Park; not easily seen from the road; follow signs. Varied menu; affordable; live music on Friday evening; friendly, helpful staff; prompt service; clean; patriotic; bar is separated somewhat from the rest of the restaurant; indoor and outdoor seating. This place is just a short drive from several popular attractions. Give it a try. You’ll be glad you did!

Beautifully rustic and surprisingly cozy for an open sided barn-style establishment, it started off our trip well. Ordering was easy, food came out quick and PIPING HOT, almost too hot to eat! Below is my lunch, a BBQ Cauliflower crust pizza, which turned out to be one of the best cauliflower pizza I’ve ever had. Thank you, Toad’s! We will be back.

Smash Burger and fries were good. Split Double with wife. Enjoyed the blackberry lemon KY beer, but $8 for 12 oz is a bit over the top.

I ordered the maui maui fish sandwich ( 3 strips of fish ) with tartar sauce. My husband ordered the philly steak n cheese.
No servers. You order your food and pay at the front. They give you a food order number to place on the table you get to select!
The French fries were large enough for 2 adults to share! Ala carte! You can always order more. 🙂
