If you’re visiting historic Ellicott City and you eat lunch anywhere else, you are making a huge mistake. Genuinely some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. I got the pita platter and the shawarma platter and both were fantastic. I knew after one bite I would be coming back. Plus, our waitress was lovely and funny!

This is a very nice place. The atmosphere was nice and I like that on the third level it’s an area for parties and meetings. The food was amazing. The grapes leaves were good and pita sampler was amazing. I love that it’s seating outside as well. Definitely plan on going there in the future. I highly recommend this place.

They serve beautifully unique dishes, bold flavors, and a vibe that feels both upscale and adventurous. The service is friendly and knowledgeable, and every plate is a creative surprise. They have live music too. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for something out of the ordinary.

I love the atmosphere and it’s nice that the restaurant has multiple levels. They offer a great variety of Arab food and coffee. They also have tons of prayer mats so you can eat and do your prayers on time. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend having a meal here!

We went here for lunch on Saturday and there were still tables available. The food was amazing. I wasn’t sure what to expect but this was great. Pitas and dips were outstanding. Chicken, lamb, and beef was fantastic. Falafel was so-so (maybe I’m a snob). Service was friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the unique vibe (old historic Ellicott City shop house with a Syrian twist). Will definitely be coming back!

First time visiting Syriana and our party of four had a very enjoyable dinner experience today! We like its home and cozy, and its unique ambience. We ordered Mezza sampler as our appetizer, Lamb ribs, Ultimate Grill platter, and Shawana platter for our entrees. Everything was delicious, in good portion size, and reasonably priced. Their lamb chops were on the point, very juicy, tender, and well seasoned!! The server was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely coming back. Highly recommended!!

We went here ona Friday, they had wonderful live music. The place is set very beautifully in theme. The food generally is very good. The lamb we ordered was dry and burnt, when we informed the staff they quickly replaced the lamb, however when we get the replacement, it was way better but still was a little burnt. All other dishes were really good and tasty. Just because of the burnt lamb the second time, giving this rating. I will say this is a good place to spend time with friends and family over some nice food.

They do have other floors and places to sit.
When we went they had live music playing and it was so nice.
