This place was exactly what I wanted and needed today. I loved the atmosphere. It was quiet and calm.
I got the curry chicken ramen and the first sip of the broth made me so happy.

TL;DR: Very friendly service, great location. Mediocre poke bowl.
This place has been on my radar for a while and today I finally had an opportunity to check it out. I ordered a tuna poke bowl ($16) which contained all of the stuff that I like. I was looking forward to a blend of sweet and salty, warm and cold. The bowl that I received looked great, but it was too sweet. The rice wasn’t very good, and the pineapples looked like they were dunked into to the bowl straight out of the can.

Easy to see right off of Deer Park Avenue servicing Babylon and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Parking on the Street is available. Moderately clean facilities. A small counter service restaurant which is how a Ramen shop should be. The broth is good. A simple menu. Don’t compare this place to Ramen Shops in New York City or Los Angeles, but For Suffolk County and more importantly Babylon. This place is good.

I love this place it’s really good but THE VEGAN POKEBOWL ISNT VEGAN. They put sriracha mayo on top. If you’re vegan you can it without it or you can order the veggie miso ramen with udon noodles. The ramen noodles also have eggs. I’m allergic to eggs so I marked it as such on my Uber Eats order and they were kind enough to call me and let me know.

Food is good, Japanese lady behind the counter is very nice. Place is small and unfortunately you can’t smell the great food because of the stinky Cigar Store right next to it.

So, let me start with the fact that this is a converted Chinese food take-out restaurant that is now serving Raman. So, on first grace one will get the impression that they have been duped. There are 3 sets of tables that you can use for sit down service. I was there for the Ramen and not the atmosphere so I was not disappointed. The Ramen is excellent, the noodles fresh and the broth perfect. I also had several appetizers on the menu. If you looking for Ramen to go or don’t have high expectations of your atmosphere, this is the place for you.

Ninja Ramen is theee best! I literally drive 40 minutes just to come here — totally worth it every time. Please open a location out east because no ramen spots out there even compare. The karaage bowl is unreal, so delicious!

Alright.. is it the most authentic? No.. but does it do the job? Yes!
Overall the soup base and pork is good.. the ramen itself I can tell it’s not the fresh kind you get in those crazy ramen spots in NYC. But this is Babylon.. you can’t expect anything too crazy right?
I got the spicy miso and I’m used to thick brothy soup w little miso chunks and stuff in it. This is a clean broth. It doesn’t taste bad it’s just not the hardcore nyc ones.
Also got the karaage chicken which is good too but again not the hardcore NYC kind.
The person up front is very nice and I ate inside and told me to leave it when done.
Overall not too bad.. it’s tasty, good pork belly.. try it out.. price isn’t too bad either..
